Bailed out of the drive through after 4 mins, with at least 10 cars in front of me. Not a single car had moved. So I went indoors. It was better - but not much. They seemed unable to actually process orders, and I listened and watched with fascination as it took 5 staff members (including the cashier of one of only 2 open tills) to discuss the sour cream glazed donuts .... This is also one of the new Tim's that also does ice cream ...... it didn't help. I saw only one transaction completed on that side in the 15 minutes I was in line. I pick my Timmie's locations in Calgary based upon their ability to handle and 'process' drive-through customers. If you are any kind of schedule, give this location a miss until they get their act together.
