Although this has a Saginaw address, it is really located in Bridgeport on Dixie Hwy. I can't speak to the office experience but I can tell you about the quality of the care that my father received this year and also in 2024. He was here for rehab service both times. The staff here was very attentive to anything my father or my family requested. Ironically, he was in the same private room each time with a view of the parking lot on the side of the building. The physical therapy worked with my father to regain his mobility after surgery and his hospital stay. They were professional and they had the same mission as our family to have my father return to his home. Mission accomplished! He was discharged with continued physical rehab to continue in the comfort of his home. Thank you to the staff at Avista Nursing & Rehab.

Pt was started the next day making sure I was taught the proper moves. The aids would come in your room on there shift and introduce them themselves, then ask if there was anything I needed. They were there to listen on your bad days. The nurses took their time to make sure you were comfortable. Kindly gave hugs. I do have to share that Lisa Marks was my favorite. She knew right away of making me laugh when I was crying. She always had that sweet smile. And she made sure my pain stayed in control. Enjoyed visiting when the cleaning ladies would come in. Room would always look nice. The food was delicious. I would highly recommend them. God bless you all.

Never ever ever send your family member here for assisted living or rehab services. My mother was…read moreoverdosed twice. She was admitted to rehab after a fall. When she left the hospital she was walking with help, could feed herself, could go to the bathroom on her own, and was clear minded. Within a few days she couldn't lift her legs out of bed, didn't know where she was and couldn't lift a fork spoon or drink to her mouth. They nearly killed her before I got her out of there. I would cation ANYONE thinking of placing their loved one in this facility!

They spoke to her, thanked her, cleaned her gently, dressed her with love and made her "pretty" . What I noted most of all.... ALL patients were treated with the same compassion and care by ALL the staff. I can't thank them enough. They are a God send. Oh, yes..the facility is beautiful too. But most of all so are the people who work there.

They work with me six days a week so that I don't have to stay any longer and I can get back to my life as quick as possible, but they also were thorough to make sure that I'm taking care ofhousekeeping is wonderful.
