I lost my car earlier this year and depended on car rentals and this taxi service for several months. Even with deep snow all over the area, I never had to wait for the taxi longer than 10 minutes. Take the cab from work every night but NO More! This particular night I call all seasons as usually but I guess it was their rival can that showed up. Same all seasons number and everything. I don't find out until I get to my destination that I took their rivals cab. How the hell am I supposed to know? Then I'm told don't call all seasons anymore! Are you kidding me? This taxi company is so terrible. I had to no choice but to use them on Saturday night because i was stranded i westbury and i needed to get to queens. The lyfts kept cancelling my rides because they didn't want to pick me up. The ubers were like $100 which is a rip off so I called seasons taxi. They took like 20 mins when they are down the block. Then when the taxi came it was so beat up. The engine light was on the whole ride and the car smelled of smoke. He told me if I wanted to pay with card I had to go to the dispatch office. I went to the office and he said the credit card machine wasn't working. How convenient?! It was a lie but he didnt want to pay the credit card fee and he instructed me to use the atm. Thank God my cousin had extra cash. I was praying the whole time on my way to queens because the taxi was in horrible condition with a blinking engine light. It was horrific. Worst company I've had the displeasure of riding with. The taxi driver who picked me up whose name I wish I knew was a jerk. We get to the train station and he has no change. My train is in two minutes and he hassles me saying we have to turn around and go to a store for change. I tell him that's not possible as my train is soon to arrive and he should have told me before we left my house. He then calls his boss so he can use my card and lies saying I don't want to pay him. I've used this company several times in the past month for my wedding-related travel needs. All drivers arrived on time & were professional (one car did kinda smell like weed though). Prices are reasonable. Dispatcher was courteous at all times. You can book a vehicle ahead of time & pay with credit card, which was very necessary when i wanted to transport some of my guests home but didn't want them to pay nor did i want to worry about carrying & paying cash day of. Day after wedding, we used them to take us to Queens from Westbury. Driver was actually really fun & great to talk to. He & the van was accommodating to a huge wedding dress, tuxedo, centerpieces, bouquet, wedding cake, carry-on suitcase, gifts, etc. I would use again for transportation needs within westbury. read more

Made a reservation week in advance for 5 plus luggage. At pick up they sent a car, had to wait for a mini van. Return flight I was told to call when we picked up our luggage. Driver would be in the area and pick us up as soon as I called. Also Called before return flight to confirm. Same story, driver will be in the area. No pick up!!! If I could give this ZERO stars, I would. My boyfriend and I needed a cab from a hotel to get to a wedding nearby. We asked the hotel to call the cab service to get here by 6 so we could make a 630 ceremony (the reception hall was at most 10 minutes away). Hotel called, but no cab. The hotel called the company again, and said they were 5 minutes away. 30 minutes later, no cab. We waited 45 minutes for cab, only to have the driver with a full cup of Dunkin Donuts coffee in her hand while driving. The entire way to the reception hall (again, only 10 minutes away), kept talking to herself, and talking crap about her boss. "JJ, you better shut up, because I'm not picking up another stop. I worked 15 hours, I'M DONE JJ." She continued to say, "If Obama wanted a cab, I wouldn't even put him in a plastic bag and throw him in the trunk. I'm done." She made absolutely no sense, and was a miserable driver. Lucky for us, the ceremony started late. But there was NO need for the cab to be 45 minutes late. I will NEVER use All Seasons Transportation ever again...in any city. read more

The application would not allow me to leave zero stars. The taxi cruised through the parking lot without slowing and left despite me waving to get their attention. The worst customer service I've experienced in a while. I should've known better when I saw two stars. I was desperate! I called for a cab and was told 30mins. I went in another store to kill time because my gym closed and I didn't want to stand in the cold. It's dark and unsafe for a woman to be out alone by closed businesses at this time of night. I'm literally standing in the dark. Every few mins I peeped outside, didn't see a taxi. I call to see if the driver came & they tell me the driver came already. I told the dispatcher if he came, how come the driver didn't call me. "Oh, we don't do phone calls". He never came! They lied! So the lying dispatcher tells me okay I'll tell him to come back and hangs up without giving me a wait time. I call and another rude dispatcher answers my call. I explained the situation and the information the first dispatcher gave me. He says no taxis available and I hung up on him. The f***! He was abrasive, and drove overtly aggressively while combative with me. The driver would look back at me implying he would leave me out on the side of the road. Horrible. I take a cab from the train station to work 3/4 times a week. Prices vary from driver to driver and day or night. Its supposed to be a $5 ride and $2 for and additional person to go 1.5 miles. They try and charge you $10-15 per person. They Constantly try and rip you off. Been screamed and cursed at by drivers and dispatchers. Drivers constantly complain about being a driver and not making money, expecting you to tip the. Looking for a reliable, on time taxi? Then do NOT call seasons, most of there drivers are clueless about directions and horrible drivers. You would think in this modern age, taxis have at least a GPS system or one on their phone. There are times when they wont even show up. Nope, by the way the clock doesn't seem to work in there vehicles either. You constantly are lied to about the scheduled time your taxi will arrive and you will most likely be late to where ever you are going. Both the company and drivers have no respect for you or your time and simply dont care if you need to arrive at a location timely. I've been using this service for the past three months everyday, twice a day. Just like any cab service, they are busy during certain hours so yeah they may be a little wait during rush hours. However, that's expected. There are reviews stating they try to change the prices...I don't agree. They are extremely consistent with their pricing. The only time the price is a little more is when it is charged a card which is a reasonable fee of 1.75. I started to call ahead of time and ask for a cab at a specific time, and they are extremely reliable with the time service. I did have one bad experience where the driver was new and they made me 20 minutes to work (it was during morning rush though). I rarely have issues with this company though. read more

We had to wait over 1 hour for our luggage yet it was no problem for All Seasons - they waited until we got it. I just moved to Westbury from the city and don't drive so I have been using this taxi company to and from work about 5 days a week. The drivers are very friendly and diverse. There are one or two who are not chatty, which is fine by me. They have been 5 mins late here and there but over all considering how often I call, it's totally acceptable. I always feel safe, and most of the interactions I have had have been very pleasant. JJ, Hudson, and Karen are some of my favorite drivers. This company has never given me a reason to call another company yet! Keep it up guys! read more

In all my interactions with the dispatcher he was rude and really unpleasant to talk to, seemed to be giving me attitude even when I just walked in and said, "hi can I get a taxi to xyz". Then didn't want to tell me an ETA, or any info. But the driver himself when he arrived was really nice and gave helpful info about the area and how to get around, and where to wait for taxis later at night, etc. So I'd give the driver 5 stars, and the dispatcher 1 star. read more

This company is the worst Taxi company we have ever worked with, they are unreliable even if you request a cab way in advance. We recently moved to the area and have tried to use this company multiple times; sad part is we live within a mile of the LIRR which is where we always take a taxi to and from. Our most recent trip we complained to the driver about our experience and he recommended we go tell the dispatcher ourselves so he, "can mess us up outside for complaining".
