Jakob and Amaley were amazing. We were spreading my grandpa's ashes and we got the most wonderful picture of a rainbow. Would 100% recommend for anyone trying to have a comfortable boat ride or scuba diving experience :)

The second dive was amazing. Capt Cory and dive master Carlos were very professional and well prepared.

Finishing up our first dive and a sea turtle was so kind to give a photo opportunity

My father in law and I had a blast with Cody today experiencing the discovery scuba diving. He was very patient and knowledgeable with all of our questions. He spent the time and made sure we were comfortable in the water and sparked confidence in us to give things a shot even when we failed the first time. I'm 1000% sure I want to pursue getting my scuba certification and would recommend this outfit to anyone interested in exploring the world of scuba diving.

My husband had a fabulous time on his introductory ocean dive. I was not ready to go this time. His instructor Jeff was wonderful. After taking time to meticulously explain what he needed to know and expect, he took him out to the ocean, made sure he was comfortable, checked his ability to clear his mask and the regulator, then off they went on their first of two dives. Jeff was not only their underwater tour guide he was also keeping an eye on him. He always made sure of his comfort level, making sure both dives were an exceptional experience. Thanks for a great day!!!

We booked a 2 dive boat tour with Seasport Divers with the Intro to Scuba for our 13 year old son to see if he would be interested in getting certified. He was sick on the day of our tour and then were understanding enough to rebook us for several days later at no cost. Our Diver Master was Sierra and she was great! Explained everything really well for my son and made him feel comfortable. He was really nervous beforehand but afterwards he said it was really fun. She took her time and made sure to show us all the sealife - turtles, moray eels, a lobster and of course tons of fish. Our boat captain was Cole. He was really nice. I was feeling motion sick after the second dive so he didn't waste any time getting us back to the dock. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for a wonderful day on the water!!!!

I have been diving with Seasport for ~9 years, at least every other year. While each time was great, this time was exceptional customer service wise. I am a certified diver, my fiancé has done some discover scuba courses with Seasport before, and we had a friend brand new to scuba joining. Since neither my friend or fiancé are certified, they did the brief intro course with Diver Dina, who was very reassuring and helpful during the practice session. We ended up diving with Cam since Dina unfortunately had a sinus issue (not safe to dive with sinus issues, it happens!), and we appreciated the shop's efforts in securing a new dive guide and making things work between certified/non-certified so that our dive didn't have to be cancelled. We were extremely lucky in that we had the ENTIRE boat to ourselves, no one else happened to book (private boats cost a lot but we got crazy lucky)! Our friend ended up not diving, but Seasport staff made sure he had snorkel gear to still enjoy the boat trip. Cam stayed with my fiancé (non-certified) and let me (certified) hover around nearby as long as I wasn't too far away. Cam was a very attentive guide and made sure my fiancé was safe and had all his gauges checked, and helped keep his buoyancy under control. Captain Ryan was also great. Very laid back and gave good, straightforward dive site briefings. We had a great time, saw some turtles, tons of fish, and heard humpback whales singing underwater! When we got back to the dive shop, we were waiting on friends to pick us up, who were unfortunately still over an hour away in Hanalei. Shop owner Marvin stepped in and offered us a ride back to our hotel. To be fair, we were the only ones in the shop and our hotel was only ~5 minutes away, don't expect this as a regular service if you book. We would have otherwise walked in the rain for quite a while after being exhausted post-dive. We really appreciated the kind gesture. That is the real aloha spirit! Always recommend this shop! Don't hesitate to book!

Our dive master, Anthony, and boat captain, Jordan were both super friendly and knowledgeable. 11/10 highly recommend!

Absolutely very pleased using seaport divers. From making the reservations to the day we were at sea. They arranged for us to have a flower sea grass urn and flower petals to toss into the ocean. They were friendly, courteous & awesome. Highy recommend!

Captain Cole and Sea Sport Divers were excellent and compassionate at the scattering of my wife's ashes on her birthday 10/9/2025. My wife wished for us to see Honu's prior to her scattering and Captain Cole went to an area known for Honu's thereby meeting one of my wife's last wishes. The area Captain Cole took us to for the scattering was perfect and the scattering was wonderful. Captain Cole provided the scattering coordinates to Hawaiian Ash Scattering without delay and Devin provided the coordinates to me so I could add them to the Eternlife Memorial Map website. Sea Sport Divers does an excellent job and is highly recommended. Thanks again Captain Cole and Sea Sport Divers, David Cramer

She made the dives fun and educational at the same time. Her passion for diving was infectious. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an instructor or even just a guided dive. For the Enriched Air Diver course our instructor was Reid. He too, was very knowledgable and an excellent teacher. Koloa Landing: This site has such easy shore access that it made no sense to me to go elsewhere and get on a cattle boat with lots of people and also take a chance on getting sea sick. I had that experience on Oahu before and did not want to go through that again. There are so many things to see on this reef (like turtles, dragon and spotted eels, starfish, plus so many different colorful fish and coral). The shallow depth here allows for a couple of nearly one hour 2-tank dives. The visibility was good but not great during our dives - maybe about 45'. Lots of critters + lots of bottom time = great dive! I only wish I had worn a few more pounds of weight. Scuba Steve: SS is professional yet has a great sense of humor, he is simply fun to hang out with. He does an in-depth briefing with photos before the dives to go over all the things that are likely to be seen - which so much better than asking 'what was this and that' after the dive. Scuba Steve was so familiar with the reef it felt like we were getting a personal tour of his reef. He also had chairs and changed out the tanks for us between dives. He also had a fresh water shower to rinse the salt water off after diving. Very satisfied with the entire experience!

Dinner included had pulled pork and teriyaki chicken. I also had a vegetarian meal which was great. It was their own mix over rice. Flavors were good tho a little dry. A gravy would've melded things but otherwise still a good mix. The food was onboard and drinks were great. Lily was running around delivering drinks and snacks. Price was $250 per person and we booked a couple days before the tour date. (we went at the end of March - the weather was fantastic and not too hot, also not raining). Although it was pricey, I felt like it was worth the experience and highly recommend anyone do a tour, even if it's not with this company. We got back to shore around 7-7:30pm, so total time was 5 hours ish. Pros: - the Na Pali coast is BEAUTIFUL - the views were truly a once in a life time experience for me and I saw the fullest rainbow I've ever seen - The tour guide was super informative, we learned a lot about whales, and they also taught us a lot about certain mountains and waterfalls that we passed on the Na Pali Coast (like where Kauai kings were buried). - We stopped to watch whales multiple times and it was really cool! - The 3 staff working on board the ship were extremely helpful in answering questions, providing drinks, and instructing people from a safety perspective - Safety - I felt very well taken care of the whole time. It's a barefoot cruise but people can choose to keep their shoes on if they want. They provided bags for people feeling nauseous and gave good advice when people were feeling seasick. - Food provided - it's not fine dining or anything (chicken teriyaki, salad, etc) but it does beat having to pack your own food or go hungry around dinner time. Also unlimited alcohol or nonalcoholic drinks. - The staff helped us take photos and there's a lot of great photo opportunities at the coast - Champagne toast at sunset, which was beautiful to watch out on the water - bathrooms available on board - My husband didn't feel like eating on board due to the motion sickness so they were kind enough to pack a to-go box for us! - Parking was easy and the meet up location was easy to find - we stood outside for most of the ride since it felt better than sitting inside, so we did get a bunch of sea-spray and got super wet from the 10 ft swells, but it felt really fun! Cons: - I think they need to put a huge disclaimer with statistics or something to show people how common it is for people to get seasick and vomit. I think maybe 5 people from our whole boat got really sick and either fell or vomited during the trip (can feel a little weird enjoying the beautiful view while someone smells like vomit next to you lol). They do tell you at the beginning that you can walk away and get a full refund after hearing the captain briefing during the meet up starting spot, but I don't think they really emphasize just how many people get sick. I personally felt fine but I felt really bad for people who had to gut through the five hour round trip feeling terrible. bring Dramamine!! This was definitely a highlight of my first time in Kauai, I wouldn't necessarily do it more than once due to the price, but it was a fantastic experience for the views!

Eric and Carrie treated us like friends and through our conversations, we actually learned a lot about Kauai marine lives and more! And here's what I entered into my dive log book for reference :) Amazing first dive!! Eric and I dropped down at the deep end at 64 ft, then gradually made our way cruising up the reef. The marine lives were amazing. We saw two white reef tip sharks, a rare Guineafowl puffer, an elusive octopus that squirted ink on us as it tried to escape, an impressive size moray eel, a few turtles, lobster, and many other marine animals that I couldn't remember. Eric has an amazing ability to spot well camouflaged marine lives and I'm very thankful for his encyclopedic knowledge of Hawaiian fishes once we surfaced and Eric shared interesting history and information about the local marine ecosystem. The visibility of the second dive was amazing! The coral shelf was colorful and impressive, with lots of big corals that look super pretty and healthy. Before the dive, Eric spoke about invasive species and one of the notorious ones in Kauai is called the Crown of Thrones starfish, which is a super scary looking starfish with venomous thorn-like spines all over its body. They eat corals!! I asked Eric if we might see one, and he said he will try to look for one. And voila!! We stumbled upon a smaller one but it looks scary enough. Eric explained that one needs to be caught and killed with special training and equipment because its spikes are venomous and it would spawn when under attack, which might cause a bigger problem for the coral reef. In addition to the scary starfish, we also saw lobster, green turtles, and at the end of the dive, a very hard-to-spot but very cool to look at frog fish. I don't even know how Eric can spot it. It looks just like a piece of leave! Our boat was literally surrounded by green turtles when we all got back to the boat! All in all, another gorgeous dive!!
