My friend said the chef had worked in one of the five-star Seattle restaurants at one time and I totally believe it. The turkey was moist and the potatoes fluffy. The gravy was flavorful. This facility is run very poorly. I signed up for a class and was not notified when it was canceled…read moredue to snow. The next week I did get notification of cancellation due to instructor illness. The entire class was then cancelled with NO notification. I am now sitting here cooling my heals waiting for my tax return to be reviewed and was told it will be approximately an hour. Yes, I am retired, but I have things to do. I will be looking for another senior center as this one falls far below reasonable expectations

Not as large…read moreas the premier senior center my parents attend in Redmond, this one has a lot of programs including but not limited to, music, art, trips to baseball games, bbq's, writing, and computer lessons. The facility is easy to find, next to the Mill Creek police department. It's clean and the volunteers are pleasant and well versed. I checked out the "love of music" program and found people playing violins, mandolins, bass, guitar and a singer. I might just have to sit in on my C clarinet.

He sent me to an investment firm ("we're all family here"), and proceeded with a three hour PowerPoint presentation and selling tactics for 3 Hours, wanting my retirement funds at a 1% interest rate QUARTERLY, to help me "navigate retirement ". My advice it's to not trust the social workers.

I entered the GSC once, on International Make Music Day, when they hosted a ukulele jam session…read more Upon entering, I was warmly greeted and invited to join the others waiting to jam in a room towards the end of the building but directly ahead of the entrance. Staff and residents joined the jam to play, sing and watch. It's so wonderful to see such dedication to their community, offering so many opportunities for their own residents to be a part of something greater, a plethora of activities and time to meet neighbors and friends. We came here for the annual Greenwood Car Show Pancake Breakfast. Such a fun event and the…read morevolunteers are all so friendly and made us feel like we were royalty. For a very small price, we got 2 pancakes, scrambled eggs, fruit and sausage along with OJ, coffee and ice water. The food was awesome! There was just enough to keep us full while we wandered the car show, and it was so very tasty. We are going to make this an every year event! You should try it!

The Bonney Lake Senior Center is ran by the nicest, most professional and hard working people…read morearound. Rain, shine, freezing snow...they are outside ready to help. The senior center helped me out with a walker, cane and toilet riser after I had knee replacement…read moresurgery. Then my wife had her hip replaced and were able to use these for her. She's 58 and I'm 62. Thank you so very much. They'll come back to you cleaned and sanitized.
