I had a bad experience with another detailer, Madison Detail, and left feeling ripped off. Seattle Detail and tint, however, was on the other end of the spectrum. They have a very professional setup and excellent customer service. I was more than satisfied when I inspected my car, it seemed like they paid extreme attention to detail when washing it. Shout out to Craver for answering all my questions and giving me a 5 star experience. My paint felt smooth and silky to the touch, and they even removed the sticky residue from my interior windshield, which I had just casually mentioned during the initial consult. They told me I could use rubbing alcohol, but I didn't have time to clean it, and to my surprise, that residue was completely gone. The price is pretty reasonable. I did a wash, clay bar, polish and wax and they vacuumed my interior and dressed my tires all for $249. I'm now a lifetime customer and will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

They didn't charge much extra for those and really helped me like the look of the car better. They also did some extras gratis. They sent me pictures as they did the job and really helped me to get excited about their excellent work. I enjoyed the car for a year, did the proper care for it by hand washing regularly, reapplying the coating every few washes. Was really blown away at our 1 year appointment--they got a few stains out of the interior for a modest fee and now my car looks like new both inside and out again. The normal fee for the annual appointment to refresh the coating was $165 and they charged me just a fraction of that extra to take care of the minor interior stains and professionally condition the leather. They earned not only their fee but great tips each time I went because they far exceeded my expectations. I'm so happy I chose to give this shop my business.

It also took forever for them to correct the mistake because their policy was that I can only take the car back to the person who messed up the service to have it fixed. Chad was booked out for weeks so I had to wait for them to fit me in the schedule. I'm just now leaving a review because it was my first time getting my car detailed at the time and I didn't know any better. I didn't know what it meant (they basically shampoo your car) or how much it should cost at the time. Looking back, I feel like I got completely scammed. I now have more experience with other car detailers like WashLB (mobile detailer in Seattle) and two other car washes in LA (I moved) to say this Mr. Detail location in the Fairmont garage is a complete joke. I only paid for an interior detail because I go to the Costco Car wash for $8 to get the outside cleaned. I only booked for interior and it STILL cost me something stupid like $235 for a Tesla Model 3. I think there was a pet hair add on. They ask you to add tip before you pick up the car so I tipped $45, like a dummy, only to drive away with a still dirty car. They work out of a dimly lit garage with barely any light so they probably cannot see all the dirt. When I drove my car into the sun, all the dust and stuff they missed were immediately apparent. It was a waste of time and money because each time I dropped the car off I had to Uber or walk home! I was out my car for 3 hours each time while I waited. Later I hired WashLB who came to my apartment's garage and would wipe down my car with a bucket of water and rags I guess and vacuums. They also did not have strong sun light to show all the dirt but they did a good job for only $77 (before tip) for both interior and exterior. I didn't have to go anywhere, they came to my garage. Moving to LA, the detail places here are also $70-$150 for both interior and exterior. All these cheaper places did a much better job and didn't make me wait 2+ weeks to bring the car back to get their mistake fixed. This business is totally absurd, a waste of time and money. Steve kept communicating through texts with updates because I also had an additional request to see if they could put a plastic trim piece on. He sourced the part and picked the piece and I came in. They finished earlier than originally quoted and my vehicle looked as if it was new from the dealership again! I was impressed. Steve did point out some areas that were not fixed which where deep paint chips (that would require ordering paint). Amazing communication, very quality service. I left them with my new luxury SUV, which already had privacy glass that they had to tint over. After the service was done, it was completed on time with extra care. I believe two to three individuals worked on the car, and it was absolutely flawless. When I got inside, it was hard to imagine it was the same car. A corneal disease impacts my ability to drive with lots of rain on the ground or at night. These folks were great about getting me the right film that took care of the car. The one additional thing that I would add is that after the install, there was a small bubble on one of the windows. It wouldn't go away after a couple of days, and I was concerned. When I returned, they assured me that within a week, with the hot temperatures and parking in the sun, it would go away, but scheduled a replacement appointment under warranty at no cost regardless. Just days before the appointment, I was happy to call them back and say that it cured perfectly. I couldn't recommend these guys more. They're absolute experts at what they do. The price is absolutely phenomenal, and they certainly have experience working on extremely high-end cars. Strongly recommend.

First of all, Aaron the manager is always incredibly friendly and accommodating. He always follows up quickly as well if they are busy when I call! Secondly, I've had my car detailed there several times and have NEVER been disappointed-and that says a lot coming from me because I used to professionally detail cars when I was in the military. They've always exceeded my high expectations! This time around though, I had spilled milk in my backseat and it was the most horrific smell. The Mr. Detail team did everything they possibly could to get the smell out and made sure it was gone before giving me my car back-and I got it back in a timely manner! My car was super clean and smells great. They did a thorough job, and also explained everything they were going to do to my car and provided a quote prior to doing the work. Oh also: I got my brand new car's windows tinted. The price is totally reasonable and the tint guy did such a great job. I'm so grateful for the team at mr.detail. My truck was recently over sprayed by accident and I mean the paint was everywhere it looked and felt hopeless. I drove down to my neighborhood detail shop Mr. Detail and was met by Aaron, Aaron began to walk around the truck explaining how much time and effort it is to take off over spray but was very confident in their abilities that they could do this job. Mr. Detail of West Seattle is a GEM!! The location is cool and right at the causeway of Alki. As well as having a staff that is knowledgeable, courteous and service driven, the wash/polish/waxing is 2nd to none. They close at 5pm but I was able to get my vehicle at 6pm, as Aaron the Manager was willing to stay later to accommodate. I had a small, paint less dent repair done at the same time, normally only a Monday thru Friday service, Aaron was able to arrange so that my detail and repair could be done in one trip, on a Saturday. In September I had Arron and his team apply Ceramic Pro Gold package to my 2020 GLC 43 and was thrilled with the results! Yesterday I went skiing and sat on my rear bumper and noticed that it caused a series of scratches. Txted Aaron about it and he was was able to get me in an hour later. He buffed out the bumper and also rubbed out a scratch that I had on the inside of my windshield. Excellent customer service and even better work! Highly recommend! I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience at Mr. Detail. I had the interior detailed on my 2015 Corolla. I had serious water stains on my fabric seats. I spoke with Aaron and he looked at the seats and thought they could probably get the stains out, even if they had to steam clean twice. I wasn't expecting the car to look like new inside when I picked it up! From my first contact to the end of the job it was first class all the way. I had a leak on my sunroof that caused a pool of water inside my car. I made an appointment with Mr. Detail Auto Salon and expected the worst since it took me several days to dry the inside carpet of my car. However, they were able to find the leak, a clogged drain on the sunroof, and cleared it for me with just the initial diagnostic fee.
