Had to find a new town car service as my years-long driver has retired. Needed a ride for two to airport in 24 hours. (Have not yet tried reserving a ride FROM the airport). After extensive research decided to try Citi Town Cars. Cost was exactly as stated on website, which was also quoted when I called - and reasonable. Driver was 5 minutes early, friendly, loaded our luggage and got us to airport. One odd note was that when he dropped us off, he had to stop one lane away from the curb due to traffic, and he rushed to remove our bags - placing them not on the curb but in the lane, one lying on its side. Unbelievable. Congratulations! You've just been downgraded to one star for harassment. I'd give zero if it was possible. The person who so eloquently commented on my original review (Karen) has also harassed me via email, asking me to change my review, whining about fairness and how I'm the only bad review. I'm also one of the only legitimate reviews. Just look at the other histories of the reviewers. Craziness! Update on 10/21/2016: Now, after changing her reply at least four times to this updated review (and many other bad reviews on her Yelp page), Karen finally throws in the towel with, "I don't know what you talking about. Well I'm glad to see that the management of this company does read these reviews so that in any case if there ever is a big enough problem they can fix it. Which does change my attitude towards the company as a whole. On the other hand, whether somebody asked at the time of booking or calls back the next day to ask the total price of the reservation for a round trip, telling them the cost of one way ( and not specifying that that is for one way) is not helpful in any way shape or form. If the driver can take the time to tell me that it's $85 not including gratuity I would think he has the time to tell me that its 170 with out gratuity. read more

I wrote a review a few days ago about their amazing service, that experience made me want to use them again. They did better this time then last, I wish yelp offered a five plus option for their rating scale. I worked as a regional administrator for a large retail chain and was responsible for operations/customer outreach programs from the Seattle area to the Canadian border. I have high standards for customer service and professionalism--and I must say the guys here rock! They were again very prompt and professional. I have zero complaints on them and they have definitely earned a customer for life and I will refer all my friends and family to them going forward! The best! I travel regularly and rely on Citi Town cars for all my needs. They are easy to communicate with via phone, email, and text; they promptly confirm appointments, make adjustments easily and are always responsive. We used Citi for our wedding....the first car, the stretched Hummer smelled like they kept wet dogs in it, the interior was trashed and it had something seriously wrong with the breaks...we were terrified as we continued hearing squealing sounds from the back of the car. They switched out to a bus for afterwards, which was fine...but weird when the driver stopped mid way through our 6 mile ride at the gas station st 11pm at night...no announcement, no apology. ..with 30 people in the bus. We are definitely using Citi Town Cars again for our airport transportation. We've used car services to the airports before, but didn't find one that we liked. We just went on a week long trip and didn't feel comfortable leaving our car at one of the parking lots at the airport. Being a MSFT employee, we get a PRIME discount on certain services and I did my research to make sure that the rate and discounts we were getting was the best. Although I didn't get a chance to do a review search on Citi Town Cars, I'm glad we booked them since we had a great experience. On the day we were leaving for our trip, the drive pulled up ahead of the requested arrival time at our house. While on our trip we had a change of plans and found a ride home from the airport so we cancelled our car service. Since we were flying Delta (one of the worst airlines) our flight got delayed and our ride home couldn't give us a ride home. So with only a few hours before we were scheduled to arrive, I called Citi Town Cars and they were able to schedule a pick up for us. We were almost an hour delayed from the time I had provided our driver, but he was totally understanding when he picked us up. Our driver, Karen was very nice and a safe driver. We got a great rate both ways to and from the airport and will definitely be using Citi Town Cars for our airport transportation. read more

I've traveled to Seattle many times over the years for, both, business and pleasure and I have used Citi Town Cars on numerous occasions. I only have good things to say about the company. They were always on time, courteous, and overall very professional. Additionally, they always monitored my flight status and were there for me when the flight was delayed. I used them to attend Seahawks matches on two occasions. It was great to see that even the drivers embodied the same spirit and support that the city had for their team (this coming from 49er fan traveling from SF). Of course friendly banter was exchanged between myself and the driver regarding our favorite teams which further added to the great mood I was in. All of the towncars I was driven in were clean and smelled fresh and they have always provided me with water and hand sanitizer, which was a nice touch. All of their drivers are uniformed and extremely friendly. I recently used their service (first week of February) for a trip to Bellevue from the airport. They did not disappoint. I was traveling with children who needed carseats. The driver took great care in installing the carseats properly. Needless to say, the drive was very smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend Citi Town Cars for anyone with children or the elderly and will be using them in the future without a doubt. read more

I've used Citi Town Cars on multiple occasions for airport transfers to/from Downtown Bellevue to Seatac and had a very good experience each time. Clean, comfortable and nice towncars. The drivers I've experienced are always punctual, professional and courteous. I actually had a really nice conversation with the last driver on the way to the airport. Competitive prices, especially if a Microsoft employee with the Prime card. Good service all around, I give them a thorough recommendation, especially for business travel. Have used Citi Town Cars several times to/from the airport. Every drive is punctual, has a nice/clean car and has made my trip to the airport a breeze. Our last trip from the airport our flight was delayed by several hours. As I got off the plane and through customs the dispatch office called to make sure I had landed. We met Art within moments of heading out from baggage claim. We were exhausted. He was friendly, had a very clean/nice car and made our journey home enjoyable despite the jet lag.
