This company is so good it makes decisions a no brainer. After dealing with the so called "other good companiies" I found them lacking in decisions and knowledge of the seating laws in Washington State. After speaking with Alex on the phone he was knowledgeable, firm and very professional. We booked a SEATAC to hotel for our family of 14. The yoing man who picked us up was texting us from 1 hour our of appointment all the way till he picked us up. It was like having family. The Mercedes Sprinter was clean and roomy. And it looked so Limo-ish. Then we had 2 Sprinters take us to the dock. They were on time. The 2nd van needed a few more minutes but the driver was hilariously fun for my kids. We had 16 of us! After the cruise we were contacted 1 hour from pickup all the way through to "I see you!" They were like family again. Loved this service and will use them as they are family owned and operated! We loved working with Seattle Elite. We had first booked for another day and my daughter had to go to urgent care- it was an emergency and the owner allowed me to rebook another date which I know was an exception but it allowed me to protect the investment and also still celebrate at a later date. Tonight was that date and Avi was so tolerant and polite. He was patient as my guests arrived and loaded into the limo and he was tolerant of 8 women singing loudly from Seattle to Bellevue and back. I used Seattle Elite Town Car last fall during my first trip to Seattle. I had a positive experience with this company for airport transportation as a roundtrip arrangement (from the airport and back). My flight arrival was delayed by 50 minutes due to a terrible gate mix-up at the airport. My poor assigned driver waited for our meet-and-greet setup for almost 1 hour! He never left us and had his sign waiting for us. What a professional! Our return trip driver was nice also. I text him a photo of where we'll be, and things went smoothly. How the driver responded to my flight arrival delay really left a great first impression that this company is reliable. So the next time I fly to Seattle, I will use them again for sure! read more

Nice clean car (Cadillac?). The driver was prompt and communicative about when he'd show up. Best of all my original reservation was for 2pm but my flight got cancelled and rebooked the night before (Oh, Delta.... :/ ) and I needed to change it to 6:30am. They were able to accommodate the change AND didn't charge me for it. I was very grateful. It's $100 from Mountlake terrace to SeaTac +20% additional automatic gratuity. Good option if you are going to airport, but from airport it wouldn't be my recommended option. The good: they picked me up on time for all my early morning airport rides. Cars are nice and clean. Drivers pleasant. The Bad: I booked a car for a late night flight because I didn't want to wait at midnight for an Uber or deal with a cab. The first three times I called the number they provided, no one picked up. The fourth time I got ahold of someone, but I had to wait 15 minutes for the pickup. There was traffic at the airport, so that part wasn't their fault, but in hindsight, I probably would have been better off getting a cab since I hate waiting after a long flight. The driver who picked us up at the airport was not vaccinated. The person who runs the company told me there was no law that says vaccinations are mandatory. So I wanted to wait awhile to write this because I was still honestly in shock that my experience was so different from the others listed here and mad I paid for such the "service" I received. First off the ONLY reason this review is getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the gentleman who answers the phones, Alex. Alex took my calls and emails was great, very nice and prompt. My flight arrived early and I called him to let him know, he said he would advise the driver and try to arrive early. No problem that is my issue not theirs. I get picked up driver is nice but HOLY COW! It all went downhill from there! Driver was speeding the entire way, 80-80+, and tailgating any car in front of him. I was anxious the entire drive and anxiously watching the speedometer and the cars in front of us. At this point I'm just waiting to ram into the back of a car or get in a horrible accident. To me it wasn't a matter of "if" but "when". So after we (the driver and myself obviously) had been on the road maybe 20 minutes, I hear sirens behind us. "Thank God!" The driver gets pulled over and I get a moment to catch my breath. Before the officer even gets to the window, the driver is upset and voicing it. "Why is this? Why is he pulling me out of all these people? I did nothing" etc. :::eye roll::: Officer gets to the window and starts talking to the driver, lets him know he has been pulled over because he was clocked going 80 something. (I can't remember the exact speed at the moment but can verify driver was speeding.) The driver starts ARGUING with the officer, pointing at other cars, saying he was going with the flow (he wasn't), asking why the officer only pulled him over. :::sigh::: The entire time the drivers voice is elevated. After arguing with the officer for a bit, the officer finally shuts him down, politely I may add, and heads back to his vehicle to run the drivers information. Officer comes back with a ticket and the driver is still trying to argue with the officer. Finally when the driver shuts up, officer tells him he cut the driver a deal and put the ticket for a lower speed than what he was going caught at so the ticket wouldn't be as much. (After how much the driver was arguing I sure as heck wouldn't have done him that.) After more arguing coming from the driver, officer shuts driver down again (POLITELY), explains the ticket, goes over the information on the back that shows where and what driver needs to do, then heads back to his vehicle. Now, you think at this point maybe the driver would have learned his lesson, maybe would have gone gee I dunno, THE SPEED LIMIT or a LITTLE over, maybe stop tailgating? NOPE, he speeds back up to 80/80+, continues to tailgate but now has offered a feature that wasn't listed on the website, complaining! The driver is now complaining to me about the ticket, how the officer shouldn't have pulled him over, how he was singled out etc etc. This continues THE ENTIRE DRIVE BACK TO MY HOME. I can say with with complete confidence this was my first, last and only time using this service. Good luck to the rest of you. read more
