From the moment she walked in to my treatment room, I was struck by her warmth and genuine patience. It felt as though I had known her for years, a testament to her exceptional ability to connect with her patients on a personal level. Having received Botox injections for over a decade In San Francisco, Beverly Hills, NYC and Seattle, I thought I had already discovered the pinnacle of expertise. That was until I met Alison. Her skill and precision in administering injections are unparalleled. Not only did she achieve stunning results with fewer units than I was used to, but she also managed to do so at a more affordable price. This efficiency and effectiveness clearly showcase her deep knowledge and mastery in the field. I also have had friends go to her for micro-needling. They were super enthusiastic about it and said it caused their skin to start doing its own thing by making new cells to make them look younger. By the way, nothing Alison does ever hurts! Not even a little bit. I don't even flinch when she does it because she is so gentle. It's no surprise that Alison excels, given her affiliation with Dr. Baxter, a renowned plastic surgeon whose reputation as one of the best in the US is well-deserved. Alison's remarkable talent and keen eye for detail reflect the high standards set by Dr. Baxter's practice. If you're looking for an aesthetic injector who combines expertise with a personal touch, Alison is the one to see. Her approach has elevated my cosmetic treatments, and I couldn't be happier with the results!

Dr. Baxter and his staff surpassed all expectations. Exceptional service. Highly recommend.read more

They have always treated me fine, thats why I stayed with them. I was a mess when i came into the system because I have overlapping complex issues. I didn't go in looking for a cure, I went to get disease management. And i have.

Ana Haberman, ARNP, has been my husband's and my primary care provider for almost two years, and we couldn't be happier with the care we receive. Ana is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about our concerns. She always takes the time to listen, answers all our questions clearly, and never makes us feel rushed. On the occasions when Ana wasn't available, we saw Dr. Thomas Chin, MD, who was also very knowledgeable and caring. He made us feel comfortable and well cared for during those visits. The entire HealthPoint medical staff in Bothell is professional, friendly, and welcoming. They always respond quickly and are great at taking care of your concerns, which makes a huge difference in feeling supported and confident in your care. If you're looking for a provider and medical team who combine expertise with genuine compassion and responsiveness, I highly recommend Ana Haberman, Dr. Thomas Chin, and the HealthPoint staff in Bothell! I sought out Tina Huang because I have dental PTSD and was facing another dental procedure. In my…read morefirst appointment, I was debating out loud about whether to pay for individual appointments, or to buy the package, because the difference in cost per appointment was a lot. Seeing me debating, she said if I didn't think it was helping we could just convert from package back to individual appointments. It sounded easy. What ensued was this. I had a good experience with my procedure, and told her so, and told her I'm not sure if the work she did helped but I was willing to entertain that it might have. I planned to continue working with her in the future in case it was part of what was helpful. (There were a lot of factors that could have played into it, including that my new dentist is a truly wonderful person and I felt incredibly safe, and also that for the first time I used Ibuprofen and tylenol the night before and again an hour before my procedure. From subsequent experiences, I have more and more reason to believe this has made a huge impact on my experience of pain during dental procedures.). I asked if we could convert the package back to individual appointments. I also mentioned I was planning on pursuing hyperthermia therapy for Lyme. Here is one excerpt from our email exchange: Tina wrote "I'm not willing to refund you based on email exchanges alone. I know that you had tremendous progress with me, and I have the ability to help you continue to heal. It's very common in my line of work for clients to want to quit once they are on the verge of true transformation. I know this is true for you...it would be unethical for me to let you give up this easily when I know that I can make a huge difference in your health." Here's another excerpt: Tina wrote "I was hoping I could have saved you a ton of money. But you didn't give me the chance to show you what was possible. I"m baffled as to why you didn't give me a chance and decided to fly all the way to Germany for an expensive procedure when you had a far more affordable option. I do have a history of being able to help people when nothing else will." I feel quite comfortable with "out there" therapies on my complex health journey. But any possibility that I would continue working with her in the future was more than tanked by this email exchange. She did not convert my package back to individual appointments; it was a loss to the tune of about $1200. Part of the problem was that her criteria for giving me my money back was if I didn't think it was helping. And the truth is, I don't know if it helped or not, and that's what I told her. I couldn't feel anything when she worked with me, I didn't have a felt sense of whether it was working or not. There was no plan on her part for this scenario, and I think she should have (still should) refund my money. If others get a lot out of seeing her, I'm glad for that. I hope for her healing and prosperity as much as my own. I'm writing this so that others may know that after my two appointments, the "container" changed dramatically. If you decide to work with her, I'd recommend paying as you go rather than buying the package.

My current provider is also good - takes time to hear my problems and makes sure to explain things thoroughly with me. I'm very greatly that my current provider helped identify the root causes of something I've struggled with for years. The front desk staff are also friendly. At my most recent visit, I paid my $50 copay for an insurance-covered, in-network appointment. The visit itself was fine. Labs and a ultrasound were ordered, and we discussed a plan. However, when I went to check out, I was told that I am now required to either enroll in a mandatory "wellness program" for $29/month or pay an additional $50 per visit on top of my copay because insurance "doesn't pay the clinic enough anymore." I was told that if I declined, I would no longer be allowed to see my provider or receive care at the clinic. I declined the wellness program and left feeling blindsided and abandoned, especially while waiting on important test results. After I contacted Blue Cross Blue Shield to file a complaint and ask weather this was appropriate for in-network care, the clinic later contacted me and informed me that I was being released as a patient. Prior to that, my emails expressing concern went unanswered, and a prescription refill request submitted over two weeks earlier remained unprocessed. The only communication I received was my lab order. During the phone call informing me of my release, I requested my medical records and clarification about my prescriptions. I was told my "tone" would not be tolerated, interrupted mid-sentence, and then placed on hold indefinitely. I was not yelling or being rude, I was advocating for my health. Ending care under these circumstances, while prescriptions and results were pending and concerns were unresolved, was deeply distressing. I would strongly caution prospective patients to ask very clear questions upfront about mandatory fees, insurance-covered care, and continuity if issues arise.
