    Thx J.

Mouse is a fantastic artist. She redesigned and improved the desired art. Superb vision. I did the cross with needle and thread when I was 15 y.o., so I didn't want to cover it or rework it. I highly recommend Seattle Ink and Oil. Next: outline flames w/black (thin line). Then: add little flying demons above her with storm clouds and lightning above them. Titled: Chica del Diablo (Devil Girl)

I wish I could give you guys 10,000 stars! Everyone who works here is seriously such a gem. Very clean and fun space, and I felt super comfortable the whole time. My artist is Sierra and she is such an amazing artist and person overall. We hit it off right away and I had a very detailed consultation with her. She really pays attention to detail and you can tell she loves what she does. Today, I came in for line work on my floral sleeve. She was so gentle and put me at ease the whole time. I'll post pictures but keep in mind we still have shading to do! Love it here and I will be loyal for life

Mouse did this tattoo for me today!!

This is the absolute BEST place to get a tattoo I swear. They are so nice and accommodating. Everyone there is always happy to see you and says hi too. I want to give a special shoutout to Mouse because she is absolutely amazing. Her fine line work and precision is absolutely phenomenal, she does and did an amazing job. Definitely book with her. I love her!!!!

I got my tattoo done on 10/13/16 by Chris Noogin. He did an amazing job! I follow him on Instagram and I've always admired his work. Then I finally got one! I remember when we were discussing how I wanted it and he brought out a couple of drawings.. the added geometric bit I fell in love with immediately. I told him to have fun with it and I trusted him completely. This is my second tattoo, but it felt like my first one because it's a much bigger piece. Chris does a great job at comforting you, and asks you plenty of questions to distract you from the pain. He's an overall great guy and I would definitely go back to him if I ever want to get another one done in the future

Biggest photo is Chris' finishing touch and work on my tattoo. His additions are fabulous. Smaller photos show the stages.

Chris N. did an awesome job! He took a tattoo that wasn't everything I wanted and made it BETTER than I could imagine. I was /am nervous about how my skin would take and keep color. Chris helped with color suggestions that would likely show and remain vibrant after healing. We decided to try a few combinations. I can't wait for it to heal! He has a wonderful touch. I didn't find it to hurt or be uncomfortable at all. This place is a little challenging to find but the sign is there. The black crow stands out the most. Chris was finishing another client when I walked in. Acknowledged me immediately and we talked about what I was looking for. Thankfully, he was able to tattoo me that same day. I can't wait for him to do more work me.

Great clean little shop on the south end of Seattle. Snagged a lucky cancellation appointment from Sierra and got the opportunity to have her tattoo one her her own pieces of hellebore she drew. She's super talented and a kind person! It was beautifully done and a super chill experience. Would definitely come back to see her or Mouse! Parking was super easy as there's a whole lot that spans the block. Would definitely recommend.

I've seen Justin for three tattoos. One was a partial sleeve of psychedelic jellyfish, solar system stars and last he upgraded my tattoo. Justin takes what I show him or describe and take it to a whole new level of artistry. He's an extremely talented painter and that translates beautifully into my watercolor tattoo love. I'm going back to Justin for future tattoos, seriously, he's amazing.

    Mouse

Mouse took the details in my head and translated them exactly as I wanted. This was my first set. She was professional from the start, quick to respond, with thorough details, and super personable making me feel comfortable through the whole process. Her own unique creations are amazing (and on Instagram). I absolutely will be going back to her.

Finished! Black orchids and and jasmine plants within the country of Belize.

This place was an absolute dream for someone like my who is getting their first tattoo. I had mine done by Sierra, and she did such an amazing job. I really liked that we were able to meet up about a month or so out from my appointment and discuss my ideas for the piece, so that when the day came it would "collaborative". I really appreciated how kind and calming she was during the whole process, and also how understanding she was; she really made this whole thing enjoyable and exciting. Even on the day of my appointment she was able to make easy conversation with my friend that I had brought. The shop is really cool, lots of artwork hanging around, and has an overall comfortable vibe.

Sierra was amazing, patient and kind. Her artwork was top notch and I felt wanted and cared for while under her needle. Thank you!

This is one of my first reviews I can remember writing so hopefully I can emphasize my pleasure and overall gratitude for the entire experience so far. I had initially followed my tattoo artist (Chris Noogin) on Instagram so I knew he was a pretty talented and reputable artist, but I was pleasantly surprised with how truly gifted he was. My goal going in was I wanted to have a "American traditional" theme, but wasn't exactly sure of all the specific pieces I wanted in the sleeve itself. During my consultation I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness and overall decor of the shop (plenty of cool artwork painted by the shop artist's that you can focus on while attempting to block out the pain from the tattoo itself lol). Chris and I sat down and discussed my ideas with this tattoo and went over different styles and possible pieces for my sleeve. It was quickly evident that we were both on the same page as to what would look good and how each piece would fit on my arm. During my first session I was excited and relieved to see how dedicated Chris was to his craft. Upon sitting down, Chris brought over a notebook with at least 7 different pieces he had hand drawn out specifically for my tattoo. With him being the artist, I let him take the lead on where each piece should go and how they should flow together overall. The dialogue was very free and open as to where they'd be placed and I felt very confident I would love this tattoo. Like some other people have mentioned in their reviews, Chris was excellent at BS-ing with ya to take your mind off any pain associated with the tattoo. Chris is legitimately a cool dude, I felt like I was kicking it with one of my friends. As you have probably noticed with how long, detailed, and probably over written this review is; I was beyond thrilled with my experience. Everybody who has seen my arm has had nothing but great things to say about it and it's not even finished. The work and experience were so impressive that in the time since my first session my brother, girlfriend, and girlfriends cousin have either had a consultation with, or received a tattoo by Chris. Chris Noogin is the real deal, if I were you I'd get on the band wagon now before he completely blows up.

I came in to Seattle Ink and Oil to get a full sleeve done by Mouse, and I couldn't be happier. She did such an amazing job. All I had was the koi fish and the owl and she turned it into something that I will love and cherish forever. She was unbelievably pleasant and fun to spend hours and hours with over 4 sessions. I can't recommend Mouse enough. The whole shop was very clean and had a great vibe to it. If you're even considering getting a tattoo, big or small, ask for Mouse!!!

During that time I've never actually written a review before, but my recent sessions with Tim Bradley (aka Mean Ole Tim) at the Wallingford location deserve one. Tim has been an absolute standout. He's not just a skilled tattooer -- he's an artist and professional in the truest sense. His ability to translate an idea into something that feels both deeply personal and beautifully cohesive is unreal. He recently completed a full torso panel of my German shepherd, Stryder, in an Irezumi-inspired style, as well as two custom hand pieces -- and every step of the process was collaborative, thoughtful, and executed with precision. What I appreciate most is Tim's mix of humility, humor, and quiet confidence. He listens, gives honest feedback, and works with a level of care that shows in every line and aspect of the piece. The end result isn't just cool ink -- it's art that carries weight, intention, and soul. After nearly a decade with STTN, I can say this has been one of my best experiences yet. If you're looking for someone who genuinely gives a damn about both the craft and the client, Tim's your guy.

It was so amazing and I was so impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted in a very nice way, my needs were heard and respected, and, oh my, what a selection of different jewelry they have to pick from, very impressive! Adam did my ear piercing and listened to where I wanted the new piercing and Adam double checked before we proceeded with the piercing. But what most impressed me was how he prioritized Sanitation. I think he must have changed his gloves four times after he touched every item needed for the process. He explained aftercare very well. Checkout was wonderful too, they made sure that I knew how to contact them at any time if I had any other questions or concerns after the fact. Oh, and they made sure I knew what the end cost would be even before the actual piercing so there are no surprises at checkout.

I am beyond furious with the way Pierced Hearts handled my sister's navel piercing. From the start,…read morethis experience has been a disaster due to sheer negligence and a complete lack of accountability. My sister clearly explained to the piercer, Jaime, that she has a very flat belly button and specifically asked if the standard navel jewelry would be appropriate. He confidently said yes -- and we trusted his professional judgment. That trust was completely misplaced. As time passed, the jewelry began to embed itself into her skin, which should never have happened with the right jewelry in the first place. We returned to the shop, and Adam helped change it to a floating navel piercing -- the type she should have received from day one. He apologized and even took a photo of the damage because it was obvious something had gone terribly wrong. But the damage had already been done. Within a week, she developed a severe infection -- one that urgent care later confirmed was likely due to the original jewelry creating a gaping wound that never healed properly. Despite following aftercare instructions to the letter, she ended up on two antibiotics and hydrocodone just to manage the pain. Yet when we returned to the shop a third time to request a refund and share what she was going through, the staff were incredibly dismissive and refused to take any responsibility. They immediately shifted blame, accusing her of neglecting aftercare, even though we were meticulous. No effort was made to offer a solution, express genuine concern, or show even the slightest empathy. Just said "well, do you want to get it pierced again?!" ... no! Her belly button area now is completely bruised and mangled because of this place. We will never be coming back here again. To make matters worse, the owner was outright disrespectful and condescending over the phone. When we told him that medical professionals advised removing the piercing and draining the infection, her arrogant response was, "Why would they do that?!" as if she knew better than actual doctors. That tone alone spoke volumes about how little they care once they have your money. We asked for a refund because of all the trouble we've been through after the negligence of the first piercer, now having to pay for urgent care visits and medication. I chose this shop based on their glowing reviews, but let me be clear: if you're considering any body piercing here, don't. They might be decent with ear piercings or tattoos -- but when it comes to body piercings, especially anything more complex, they are careless, unprofessional, and utterly unwilling to take accountability when something goes wrong. My sister went in for a simple piercing and walked away in physical pain and emotional distress, and not once did they offer real help, only excuses. This shop failed her. Completely.
