We love STN! We have done OT there for some time. My child also did a handwriting group, which really helped. We love the open gym times!

I have had the privilege of visiting Nupur Tenne for Bowen therapy for many years, and these visits…read moreare now an essential part of my wellness routine. During an episode of acute torticollis, when harsh mobilization and stretching were impossible due to the pain, I experienced one of the most significant improvements. After just one Bowen session, I could move my neck without radiating pain, and I had a significant increase in mobility and a substantial reduction in neck pain. Additionally, after my child delivery, I benefited from Bowen therapy in adjusting my posture imbalances, alleviating neck and shoulder pain from breastfeeding, and addressing pregnancy-related carpal tunnel syndrome. When my baby was having colics, I brought her in for a Bowen session and her level of discomfort and fussiness reduced. After each Bowen session, I am more relaxed, limber, and less stressed. Nupur has a friendly demeanor and a great personality; her compassionate approach and keen observations make each session a remarkable experience. Nupur's expertise and care have truly transformed my well-being. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking relief and wellness. If you seek her help, you'll experience it firsthand.

After an initial assessment, Nupur found that I also have tight jaw muscles which aggravated neck tension. She taught me method to help relax my TMJ joint which helped tremendously. Nupur used Bowen therapy in combination with Emmet technique for my session. After just one session, I felt physically better, more aligned and felt that I could breathe better too. The combination of Bowen therapy and Emmet technique are amazing to help treat someone with chronic pain. I highly recommend Nupur as a health practitioner.

As a person who loves bouldering, it sucks to have a wrist injury, preventing you to climb. I read…read morea lot of good things about MoveMend Rehab and I wanted to check them out to see if they can give me information on my injury. They have a free 30-minute consultation to assess your situation which I think is a great feature of their service. I had the pleasure of working with Sam who's very experienced working with other climbers. Sam was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and attentive. I discovered more about my wrist injury, and even about the anatomy of my wrists. Because of this, I'm able to be more self-aware when I climb in the future to decrease the chances of me getting injured. Thankfully I found out that I only had TFCC irritation. The facility is a moderate size and they have plenty of rehab equipment for their patients. It's nice and organized as well. The parking outside isn't the best. Some tight parking and can be limited. Overall, I am very pleased with what MoveMend has to offer, and if I'm ever injured from climbing again, I'd come back here for evaluation.

Since I started seeing him 5 months ago, we have both seen extensive improvement in injuries and strength. Help out your local climbers and send them to this guy. Also: free parking!!

UPDATE: I wanted to…read moreshare an update, four years after our son received support from Dr. Cindy Dupuy. Today, he's a straight-A student and began taking 7th grade math as a 6th grader. He was recently accepted into a school that specializes in teaching Twice-Exceptional (2E) students. For families considering support for a child with learning differences, here are three things I wish I had known earlier: 1) Dr. Cindy Dupuy is truly the best. She changed the trajectory of our son's life. Before working with her, he was struggling, behind grade level, and had to repeat 2nd grade. Now, he's thriving academically and emotionally, working above grade level, and attending a gifted school tailored for kids like him. 2) Don't wait. Dr. Dupuy has a long waitlist, so get on it as soon as possible. 3) Be careful about settling. We made the mistake of choosing other specialists simply because they were available or covered by insurance. It cost us time, money, and progress. If your child needs immediate help, that's understandable--but still get on Dr. Dupuy's waitlist. She is worth the wait. She will ABSOLUTELY change your child's life for the better.

I highly recommend Dr. Cindy Dupuy! There was a six month waiting list to have our daughter tested…read moreby Cindy but the wait was well worth it. Our daughter had three half days of testing and we received an incredibly thorough report on our daughters' learning profile including her strengths and weaknesses. Cindy met with the teachers about accommodations that would increase our daughter's confidence and help her succeed. Our daughter attends Explanations one day a week and works with Chelsea to refine her executive function skills. We are thrilled to see how much progress our daughter has made and how she is overcoming many of the challenges thrown her way by having a diagnosis of ADHD. Cindy is upbeat, encouraging, and she has put a positive spin on an ADHD diagnosis; in other words, she helps our daughter feel good about herself. I can't say enough good things about Cindy Dupuy and our experience with her and her staff. She has had a tremendous positive impact on our lives. Although the wait to see Cindy is long, and although the cost is very high, this is definitely an example of getting what you pay for. I wish that every child with ADHD, dyslexia, or other learning challenge, was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work with Dr. Cindy Dupuy.
