The phone service employee fails to give an accurate time, either from not knowing, poor communication with drivers, or an utter lack of care for the customer. The drivers have taken over an hour to arrive at the pick-up location. The ride is less time than wait time. However, I have seen these cars just sitting around in parking lots around the area (which is how I got their number). You will get to your destination faster if you just walk than if you call Tony's Taxi.

We recently hired NTG to help us truck a container from the port of Los Angeles, CA to one of our warehouse locations in Orange County. CA. Our container was available for pickup on the Friday going into Easter weekend, and NTG (specifically working with Joseph Fiorello out of Charleston, SC) was able to secure a pickup appointment with the terminal, store our container over the holiday weekend, and deliver to us on time the following Monday with no issues. The driver was about 20 minutes early, and our parking lot can be difficult to back up 40' containers as this location has no loading dock, but the driver was able to skillfully position the container right where we needed it to be for our live unload. The rates we received were competitive, especially considering the holiday weekend and the congestion issues we have seen over the past few years in LA/LB ports. Also, Joey would make it a point to reach out and discuss all the rates ahead of time anyways, so no surprises when our invoices arrive. Overall my experience with them has been smooth, definitely recommend!
