During that time, I saw our common area of about 50 acres with 468 mature trees, lots of turf and over 300 flowerbeds maintained by small and large companies. All were hardworking and attempting to please, but something was missing. About 25 years ago, the HOA hired Genaro Calderon of (GMS Landscaping and Tree Service). They perform all the usual functions including: mowing lots of grass, cleaning up tons of pine needles and sycamore leaves, keeping our many flowerbeds looking good with healthy plants, making sure our drains are working, etc. Plus: As the irrigation system ages, they are there repairing/replacing and even doing deep trenching to keep up with tree roots. They perform an annual tree trimming service that keeps the trees healthy and helps control the pine needles and other tree leaves. As the bushes and plants aged, they were replaced. Besides constant care of the irrigation system, they perform plumbing services on irrigation lines and sewer lines. Annually, they repair damaged concrete sidewalks and stairs. As the need to conserve water became essential, they worked to replace sprinklers with drip watering. The recent rains caused them to carefully monitor all the drains. When trees roots damaged sewer lines, they trenched and repaired the pipes. Regardless of weather conditions they are here and protecting us. I found them to be trustworthy and dependable. EA High
