I had no interest in scheduling an appointment after a 5 minute conversation. Her suggestion for my sports injury was to keep walking on it for two weeks as that was the soonest she could schedule me. This sounds to me to be very bad advice, I don't think I would recommend to anyone with an injury to keep walking on it without knowing if further damage would occur.

First surgery because the health insurance had not yet approved surgery. Second attempt, dad showed up early to surgery which he got a call 2 days prior from Debbie who does the surgery schedule with a interpreter to tell dad surgery time had been changed to a morning time that's why dad was there early. Debbie never made the change on the schedule so dad had to leave. Through the whole process and there lack of professionalism Debbie never apologize for her mistakes.

Dr. Smith fixed a knee replacement that was done incorrectly....that alone speaks to his integrity…read moreas a doctor; and his skill as a surgeon to go in and repair someone else's mistake. I was so lucky to find him. Because he uses robotics and computerized scans there is precision to his technique...and because of that precision, there is less intrusion, i.e. pain and swelling. He gave me my life back! I can't say enough about his care and quality. He supported me all the way. I always needed both knees replaced, so he of course did the other knee. I am on the road to full recovery. His support staff are also amazing. They work hard, often after hours to make sure you are called with all the up to date information for scheduling all that needs to be done before the operation....which can be quite cumbersome...they make it all easy.
