I had no interest in scheduling an appointment after a 5 minute conversation. Her suggestion for my sports injury was to keep walking on it for two weeks as that was the soonest she could schedule me. This sounds to me to be very bad advice, I don't think I would recommend to anyone with an injury to keep walking on it without knowing if further damage would occur.

Second attempt, dad showed up early to surgery which he got a call 2 days prior from Debbie who does the surgery schedule with a interpreter to tell dad surgery time had been changed to a morning time that's why dad was there early. Debbie never made the change on the schedule so dad had to leave. Through the whole process and there lack of professionalism Debbie never apologize for her mistakes.
