The Cuddle Cutz price was extremely affordable, the same as a pet store, and Cuddle Cutz was coming to my home on my schedule! I have a long haired cat and added a sanitary trim and paw trim to the dog's nail trim. This was also very affordable. The Cuddle Cutz team arrived a few minutes early and the dog and cat immediately ran up to greet them. The team have a very calm presence. Cuddle Cutz did the grooming in my downstairs bathroom. Both animals were comfortable in this space. Cuddle Cutz brought a portable grooming table, vacuum, broom, dustpan, and of course the "tackle box" of grooming supplies. Also treats! They were extremely fast and only took around 15 minutes for both animals. It was a very easy transaction and I will call them for any future grooming needs.

I explained that beforehand, and Brenda was really calm about it. She showed up in a fully equipped van, and had me put him in the tub because he was aggressively trying to "defend" me. We're talking thousands of dollars here and she wanted cash. She even said she was getting some tree work done and would be given a 30% discount if she paid cash. Then I said, well then give me a 30% discount if I pay cash. She refused to release the dogs unless I paid cash or made the check payable to her. I told her I pay by check or credit card to any business for record and accounting purposes. The last check I gave was made out to Deep Creek Kennel which was altered to her name. To me that is wrong. We're talking over $15000 here. I wonder how much is actually accounted for. We will not return. Now you see why we have a tax problem.

The staff is visibly frustrated, and they are unable to manage the animals, nor ensure their safety. We had an incident where our puppy was attacked by another dog, and the staff wasn't able to remedy this in a timely fashion. They also did not remove the animal that attacked her from the general population (animal is still there). Both the handling of the situation and their response were handled poorly. Insufficient training, staffing issues, and general management are all to blame here. The volume of negative views, and the common themes among all of these, should provide sufficient indication of the experience you can expect. I highly recommend reading the other reviews here so you know what you are getting in to.
