He had it towed to Rice Motor Co in Carmi. He spoke with Jeremy Snow, the service & Parts Mgr, who got it in right away. They found the problem, and fixed it right away at at fair & reasonable price. He gave my husband his card and told him any time he's in the area, and has truck problems, to call him & hell take good care of him. This isn't the first time they have saved our trip!
