Had our driveway paved in 2022, in 2023 called about a crack. We told them we thought it was from the prep work not being level in that spot. Lisa from Specialty didn't listen to me when I explained the problem, she wouldn't send anyone out to look at it and we are only 8 miles away. She said my warranty was void because we didn't have it sealed by them. We were told a card or email would be sent when it was time to seal the drive, I explained to her that we never received one. She didn't believe me. We had the driveway sealed by a different professional asphalt company. To me, it seems that she is only interested in more money not the quality of all of their work.
