It gave scam and the impression that higher-quality items were less desirable because paying a fair price would reduce their profit margin. I understand that resale businesses need to make a profit, but customers also expect offers that reasonably reflect the condition, brand, and value of their items. I don't have a Kohl's card but the Kohl's cash they offer is a really great deal. I tend to shop when they have clearance sales which are truly ridiculous low prices for good quality clothes. The prices are usually not too bad for the quality of product. I would recommend the east did location due to less traffic and a better experience.
