I rode with Larry in the tow truck to the automotive shop and he was FANTASTIC! I didn't pay because I thought it was a part of my AAA package (this was not discussed on my phone call initially). When I left the auto shop, I had a lady from Stegall call me and tell me that I needed to pay. I said that I would drive back over to the auto shop and to pay Larry for his services. I asked why I needed to pay when I had AAA. That's when she was RUDE to me over the phone. I didn't have a problem paying for my service and I was planning to upgrade my AAA if needed but was never told that I would have a service charge on the initial phone call. The lady never apologized and accused me of not listening to her when we initially talked. Come on, please be kind and considerate next time. I said calmly on my call that I didn't have a problem paying for my service to the auto shop (when she called for payment), but she could have handled the situation more professionally and not been rude. Please do better to your customers, especially those that want to pay you for your services. I wasn't combative or fighting that I wasn't going to pay. By the end, I was frustrated at her response to me. You need a better customer service rep on the phone.
