It's a great place for appointment viewing of an art house or foreign film you want to see or a fun spot to just show up and see what's playing and watch something that might be a total surprise. Nearly everything they show is worth watching. The concessions here are a cut above. The popcorn is fresh, tastes significantly better than chain movie popcorn and the always fabulous attendants will layer the butter throughout the popcorn so it's not just on top. That's the Ritz touch. I go to a lot of movies at a lot of theaters all over the country and honestly, nothing is better than the Ritz.

I love that the seats recline way back and it's fun to play with the knobs on them. I like that there's a bit of distance between the coupling of chairs. I love the sound system. I mostly go to the matinee which is less expensive, often cleaner, fresh, hot popcorn and usually quieter. It's located on the 3rd floor in the Fashion District Mall. Good times.

Even though there were a lot of people, we didn't feel like we waited long for anything - coming in, ordering food and ordering drinks. General area and within the theater was kept decent. We like and enjoy the dine in your seats aspect. Food is decent and most people would be able to find something. They were low on stuff at the condiments bar, so we had to get some stuff from the staff working the concession stand. We got in the theater as previews were about to start and a staff member brought the food to our seats within minutes of us sitting down - so perfect timing. Good experience and we plan to see more movies here moving forward.

The sound and projection of the movie was good. I did not notice that there was anything to sit the popcorn on at the seat so the popcorn stayed on my lap. I was nervous the butter would stain my skirt so I placed napkins under the bag of popcorn.

A lot has changed at this theater since I wrote my initial 4 star Review. The bar, which was a very…read moregood food option, is long gone. The current concession stand is not nearly as good as the old one. The bathrooms are no longer kept as clean. But on the positive side the seats have been updated and are still very comfortable, with numbers at the top of the chair so it's easier to find your assigned seat. The screens are large, so it's still a good spot to watch the latest Hollywood Blockbuster.

As a self-proclaimed cinephile, I saw the 70mm print of "2001: A Space Odyssey" last night and had…read morevery high hopes since I had heard this theater is amazing. Well, it's basically awful (the theater, not the movie.) The uncomfortable seats don't recline, which really would be clutch since the projection is elevated, so, you're basically looking up the whole time. Legroom is at a minimum and you'll most surely get your seat kicked a few times if a large person is sitting behind you. Also, watching any narrative film will have you physically turning your head constantly to see the action in different parts of the blown-up frame. Also, this may not be a direct critique of the theater, but the film quality of "2001" was so poor, it seriously looked like old VHS quality. Every bright color washed out, and worse, you could see the actual screen panels clearly at various times, totally distracting you from being immersed. During loud moments, one of the sub-woofers was so annoyingly rattling, that I started to feel hoodwinked I didn't just watch this flick at home. The King of Prussia IMAX theater is so much better than this one, it's not even funny. If "great concession prices" is the high watermark of these reviews, then film buffs beware.
