They can be heat styled and washed. As a natural curly haired woman, they had Cantu products and their prices were a LOT better than the cheapest big box store.

There is a bit of a strict policy that you can only try on a total of six wigs without purchasing one and you must buy a hair cap for $2.50 before you try on any of the wigs. She has anything and everything that you can think of including some great wigs that would be amazing for Halloween. She has every color, texture and length that you can think of. I don't live in the area but if I did this would be a place that I would find myself shopping because I love to dress up with wigs whenever there is a special occasion that needs a costume. In August I took possession of the topper and took it to my stylist who agreed with me it wasn't right. I sent a letter to the owner requesting a refund which was ignored. I feel it's very unprofessional to profit from something that has never been worn and is completely useless. It looks absolutely ridiculous on me, I'd never wear that in public. I don't like to bash a local small business, but buyer beware. I sent her a letter September 2, completely ignored. Sent a certified letter yesterday. We will see, next step is small claims. $1800.00 is a lot to spend on absolutely nothing. I wasn't asking for a total refund as I thought it would be fair if she proved an invoice amount and refund me the profit. If we go to next step I'm asking for a full refund. My out of pocket was $1807.24.
