My scalp has been giving me problems off and on for years and regardless of what products I tried or what form of medication any doctor or dermatologist prescribed....NOTHING WORKED!! I was in agony and tired of suffering with my scalp condition. I began my search for a trichologist near me and stumbled across a place I consider to be a diamond in the rough... Solutions Hair Restoration and Wellness Center has gained another faithful client. I walked in the door feeling confused, self conscious defeated, and at my wits end. Everyone there was very welcoming, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Mrs. Leola was amazing to say the least. She went above and beyond to insure that I was taken care of and made it a priority to properly diagnose and treat my scalp immediately. She has afforded me a wealth of knowledge regarding my scalp condition and how it can be managed. Mrs. Tamela was awesome and has also enlightened me concerning my condition. She handled my scalp with care during treatment and also informed of every procedure and product used. Mrs. Tamela provided several alternatives for me regarding protective styling and methods to try until my scalp and hair returns to a healthy state. I am overjoyed and and thankful for being led to this wonderful, wonderful place. Although I understand that my healing may take some time, I feel much better than I did before receiving treatment. When I called her less than 10 days after the color to tell her my hair was falling out she said "What did you do?" She didn't even bother to try and male it right and wanted me to come in and pay her for a haie treatment. A little more than a month after she colored my hair it had to be cut all the way off because she damaged it so badly. I have filed a complaint with the Texas Cosmetology Board and am in the process of filing a civil lawsuit. She doesn't do good business. The breakage can be seen on my tiktok page @ckeyes2. It's noticeable and I will be chronicling the process of suing her via tiktok.

I emailed the salon with pictures of my bleached damaged hair. I was emailed back by Gina, the owner and experienced stylist. Asked for me to come in and sit in her chair to do a consultation. Which I proceeded to do. I was there and we talked for quite awhile about my hair and she even had other stylist chime in on what they thought. I wanted to cover my damaged bleached hair with a beautiful ombrè that I had picked out and showed the picture again and she agreed it would be ok to do and wouldn't damage my hair anymore being that it would be a color. So she went and got a price and came back and told me and it was $120. (I also spent an additional $40 on a product and hair brush as well as a tip) when she got through, (4.5 hours later) I was in a hurry to get somewhere so she didn't blow dry my hair. I rushed home and had time to go ahead and blow dry it, only to find out it was really un even with the coloring and didn't come down where I wanted it too and where we agreed. Also the color was very brassy/red. I texted her and told her about it as well as sent a picture and she agreed it wasn't what we thought it would be. So I went in the very next day to re color the top and try and get it more even and not so brassy/red. This also didn't work out as planned. She put me under the dryer for awhile and then I got back in her chair so she could finish blow drying to see how it turned out. It was super gray in places somehow and on top, was splotchy as she called it.(to me it's just a mess) Its very un even and un attractive. Its blonde in some places on my roots and dark brown in others. The whole back part of my hair on top close to roots, is still very blonde. She wasn't pleased with it either and asked for me to wear it for a week and see what I thought. Well I did but I still don't like it. So I texted her telling her that I was un happy with it and her only solution is for me to wait it out or to color it again on top even darker. Which my hair is pretty fried as it is and very un healthy. I don't want to color it 3X in a week. I don't think that's smart at all. So here I am with un even and very un attractive hair and out the money for the coloring. Also the 4.5 hours the first day and 3.5 the next. Very sadden with this because she seemed so genuine in the salon and now it's basically like everywhere else, they get paid and don't care what happens when you leave. It looks like I won't be returning ever again :(
