In order to get it straightened out, she had to go to another hair salon and the woman she went to asked if she went to a beauty school to get her haircut! When I complained to the owner who had cut my daughters hair, all she said was come back in and I'll fix it. You can't fix something you chopped up! The least, and I mean the very least you could have done was refund the money.
