I have been using this place for almost a year now and have no complaints. There was even an incidence where I thought there was a dead cat in the building and it freaked me out. I called the front and the lady came with a broom and dust pan. She was freaked out too but was willing to brave it out in the name of customer service. Fortunately, the cat had moved by the time we went back in ready to remove it.

I told her that as the customer, I am the big boss. She just laughed. at 10:45 I notice someone in the garage texting on his cell phone and picking boxes off the shelves. I ask the clerk where he was and she said he was here..."somewhere". At 10:55 I walked into the garage and asked the texter is he was the guy to do the install and he said yes. I mentioned that he was an hour late and he replied "unfortunately". No apology, no nothing. I had to be at work for 12:30 , with his irresponsible timing I couldn't take the chance of leaving my car because texting may be more important than installing my already paid for hitch. Instead of arguing with this guy (later identified as the GM) I got into my car and departed. How dare they disrespect me by thinking that my time is not important. I will NEVER business with these people ever again.
