I have been using this place for almost a year now and have no complaints. They continue to keep…read morethe buildings clean, the gate is always closed and working and staff has continued to be super friendly. There was even an incidence where I thought there was a dead cat in the building and it freaked me out. I called the front and the lady came with a broom and dust pan. She was freaked out too but was willing to brave it out in the name of customer service. Fortunately, the cat had moved by the time we went back in ready to remove it.

Pre-paid for hitch install with a firm appointment for 10AM today. Arrived at 9:45 and was told the…read moremechanic was running a tad late but would be in shortly. I asked how long does the install take and she said about an hour to an hour and a half. 30 Minutes later I asked the clerk her definition of shortly and she said she didn't know where he was and that he may have been called away by the "big boss". I told her that as the customer, I am the big boss. She just laughed. at 10:45 I notice someone in the garage texting on his cell phone and picking boxes off the shelves. I ask the clerk where he was and she said he was here..."somewhere". At 10:55 I walked into the garage and asked the texter is he was the guy to do the install and he said yes. I mentioned that he was an hour late and he replied "unfortunately". No apology, no nothing. I had to be at work for 12:30 , with his irresponsible timing I couldn't take the chance of leaving my car because texting may be more important than installing my already paid for hitch. Instead of arguing with this guy (later identified as the GM) I got into my car and departed. How dare they disrespect me by thinking that my time is not important. I will NEVER business with these people ever again.

You can definitely tell he is very knowledgeable. We couldn't picture a visual of the sizes and he was quick to volunteer to show us the units (even in the extreme heat). He explained the insurance as well as all additional fees. I was expecting a stuffy sales associate that was pushy but his personality is wonderful. He joked around and it was like working with a friend. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage and ask for Ken!

Every card board box and bag was eaten through with and filled urine and feces everywhere. We lost an entire household of belongings. And to add insult to injury, they have continued to charge us through automatic billing for 2 months after we vacated. Kelley, the manager is the most unprofessional, rude and down right nasty woman I have encountered. I cannot understand how anyone would employ her to serve as a a representative of their business.

The pricing goes up without notice (I have processed an address change on my acct multiple times and yet it's still my address from 2 years ago). Now, I have to pay this outrageous new price WITHOUT notice even though I have fixed my address TWICE. Beyond frustrated with these issues. I was told that they would call me back Thursday. It's now the NEXT Thursday with no follow up. I like Compass. Just not the Jodeco Rd location.
