I called on Monday to confirm we were still good for the afternoon slot but he said they were running late and asked to reschedule to the next day. Next day he texted me about an hour earlier than anticipated to say they were headed over; not a big deal as we were available. He and his crew were professional, quick, listened to concerns and finished the job, cleaning up the area to spotless condition. They did exactly what needed doing and did it well. So scheduling was not a strong suit for them but they did the job well, which is really what you want in a plumber. Thank you Beto!

Never called Professional Plumbing but was asked to rate them as the plumber I used by Yelp. I apologize to Professional Plumbing as yelp tripped me up. This is the main reason I don't use Yelp.

My issue at home was my water softener was leaking water in garage. They called and text and I was able to communicate quickly through text since I was at work. They told me someone could be out first thing this morning and gave me a 10-11 timeframe and even showed up minutes before 10 am. They quoted me before going saying no charge for assessment but the problem I had would likely cost me $125 and that's exactly what they charged. I didn't feel lied to or tricked and I felt like the communication was outstanding. They gave me options of what I could do (buy new system, change lines so system isn't used anymore, etc and let me decide. They were friendly and helpful in understanding all options. I will definitely use them again.

Still had to get another plumber out this morning to actually fix the problem. They want a catchy name they should have just gone with dumber plumbers.
