Seems like a glorified lemonade stand to me, they obviously don't track the technicians if they did I would have received some notification that my day would be wasted, book with them if you have a spare day or two to wait around. There are plenty other better contractors to hit up, in my opinion so back to the search for a company that respects my time. A little helpful business advice the techs set a timer and when they bust that time they relay that to the office, which in turn triggers a call to scheduled customers that you will be waiting additional hours, and when this happens you say sorry for the inconvenience how about we make it up to you. RESCHEDULING IS NOT A CONSTELLATION PRIZE. How about you knock 10% off of the bill since I lost wages today but nothing so buyer beware.

This was a few months ago, and now that I have a foster dog in a crate in that same garage, it occurred to me that the confidence we have in letting her stay there when we are gone, is because of the quality of the installation and how well everything works. What concerns me most is that a visibly improper wiring connection (taped and not professionally installed) was missed during these 2 visits, even though it appears to be a likely cause of the issue. Instead, I was quoted for a broader repair that included replacing additional components such as wiring and a thermostat, without first isolating and confirming the root cause. The process stretched out over time, including a canceled appointment, and ultimately the job was not completed by Kelly Rush. His choice. He didn't charge me, but what a waste of time. While this approach may work for customers who prefer a full replacement of a thermostat plus exterior wiring (without pinpointing the main issue first). It was not a good fit for my situation, where I was looking for a more narrowed step-by-step diagnostic process. He quoted me 425.00 for a thermostat and exterior rewire. I did not get the choice to make sure my thermostat was even faulty. For context, I was open to upgrading the thermostat, but my primary goal was to correct what appeared to be a previous installer's improper wiring on the exterior of a new Mastercool 6410 unit. I would recommend making sure a thorough inspection and clear diagnosis are done upfront before moving forward with repairs. Photos of the wiring condition were also provided after the initial visits, which further highlighted the concern.

Despite being a brand-new home with brand-new units, both systems have repeatedly stopped working--one due to a motor failure, and later the other for the same issue. No repair they have performed has lasted more than six months. In the beginning, these failures were covered, but now we are being billed $200 for yet another repair on equipment that has never functioned reliably for a full year. It is incredibly frustrating to have continuous problems with what should be high-quality, long-lasting systems in a new build. To make matters worse, their customer service has been unprofessional and inconsiderate. Just yesterday, they came at an unagreed-upon time. I even left work early to be home because they said they would return--yet they never showed. There was no communication, no respect for my time, and absolutely no accountability. Overall, they have been unwilling to acknowledge or correct the repeated quality issues with the units they installed. Although my AC unit was 12 years old, I was always, always happy and satisfied with their service. So when it came time to replace the old unit, I never hesitated in having them do the work. Javier, one of their best techs, with much patience, explained our options and going with a quick repair would have cost a lot more down the road and still would have required a new installation. They quickly assessed the situation and what was needed that day and completely installed the following day. The two installers, Sergio and Yager were incredibly fast, careful, and efficient. They did a beautiful job insulating the duct from the unit to my house, seal-coated everything, and left the work area clean. On top of all their work, they didn't mind the variety of questions we asked. Nope not at all, both gentleman were patient, respectful, and thorough about answering our questions. The owner, Kike (Enrique) was just as professional and courteous throughout the project. Listen, I am not an employee or paid for giving this review. I stand by my experience with 4 Tech A/C Services, they are good people with a wealth of knowledge in the HVAC industry. You can't go wrong with them! I forgot to mention the office staff. The ladies in the office were incredibly nice from Karen, Kike's wife, and I am sorry, I didn't catch the third lady's name. I really appreciated their help and efficiency.
