I had to call them multiple times then the receptionist hit up the technician, only to tell me that the tech would be another hour and some change to get to my home, this was after I already waited for an hour and a half. Seems like a glorified lemonade stand to me, they obviously don't track the technicians if they did I would have received some notification that my day would be wasted, book with them if you have a spare day or two to wait around. There are plenty other better contractors to hit up, in my opinion so back to the search for a company that respects my time. A little helpful business advice the techs set a timer and when they bust that time they relay that to the office, which in turn triggers a call to scheduled customers that you will be waiting additional hours, and when this happens you say sorry for the inconvenience how about we make it up to you.
