They were so patient, communicative, and helped us make decisions when we were stuck. They also shared their strategies for where to place cameras and how to hide cables. Anytime we asked for a new addition to the system, they did it happily and without any pushback. They know exactly what they are doing and they are pros. Their office staff are also so friendly and willing to help. There was a lot of coordination that needed to be done and they were proactive and communicated with us daily to help us and answer our questions and to ensure everything went smoothly. I contacted Ricardo after checking out his reviews, he responded quickly and we easily set up an appointment. He discussed possible options of placement of the ports since the roof and outer walling might pose an issue, but he was able to find good placement of my ports. Job was done quick and easy in less than 2 hours. Aside from making a hole in the wall for the ethernet port placement, no additional breakage of the wall was necessary. Ricardo did say that in some cases, depending on the walling and roofs, breakage of the wall would be necessary for some people, but not mine fortunately. Ricardo and is colleague were awesome, professional yet friendly and personable. They cleaned up after themselves and did an overall fantastic job to make any streaks or scrapes anywhere. HIGHLY recommended if you are looking to have ethernet ports installed that extend from your main router/modem that go through the wall/roof so you don't have ethernet cords lying around on the floor.

In the past with the old cameras, George and the team were very helpful to resolve the issues we were having, always seeing if the issue can be resolved without having a tech come out and having to charge for the service visit.
