this company is awful. They are working at savanna landing at 61 and Peoria I know it known for not being the best area ,but really do they really need to pull guns out on women and children I sat and watched them pull their gun out on a resident who was walking w her baby, they have also handcuffed people not only guest but residents also just for walking to the office now come on people it's not prison these people have a right to walk out of the apartments with out being terrified they will get shot or handcuffed they r very mean you get kicked out for not walking to the laundry Matt without ur right id really who walks to do laundry w an id Im just saying these people have so many other things to worry about than being shot by the security guard .any effort the police have made to make these people feel safe and be ok w the police this security company is taking away as we speak they need to be taken out of that complex and not allowed to work anywhere else where people are. read more

The guards showed up on time they were very professional very well dressed and they also helped us out with not only a security duties but other miscellaneous things. This is all due to some falling outs that I have had with a couple of now former friends of mine... The first incident was back in 2010, which resulted in me getting harassed online, on social media, and there were threats that were made as well, against my property, my pets, and even myself. Well, one Sunday morning, I found my car vandalized, and there wasn't much I could do about it. Contacted the police, filled out a report, etc... but it didn't go any further than that. Fast forward to 2020, and I had another falling out with another person, affiliated with that old crowd I used to run with. Turns out that the guy has some serious psychological problems, and then you can add a major drinking problem to that. My wife and I had enough of his whacko behavior, and I told him that I didn't want him contacting me, or coming around anymore. If anything, I just wanted a break; I sure didn't want to escalate anything. But this guy, as it turns out, is incredibly destructive and a threat to himself and others, AND likes to escalate everything. So as a result, I get bombarded with threats against me, my propety, and even some of my other friends... Well, I learned from my experience in 2010 that I don't need to sit around and be a victim, or hope that the cops will do anything, because in most cases, unless there's a dead body involved, they'll just take a report and file it away. So, after talking to some people I work with, I was recommended Empire Security. I gave them a schedule as to when this individual might try coming around to start up trouble, and also emphasized that I would likely need an armed guard, since I was being threatened. Needless to say, I was able to spend some of the most stressful time of this year at ease, knowing that I was being protected. I'm sure that guy did try coming around to cause me some grief, but I'm certain that he was discouraged from trying anything, since there was a guard out front. I was in the process of a long-drawn-out divorce from an abusive husband, after I found he had cheated on me yet again. When I confronted him, he attacked me, then sneered at me, sat on the sofa and called the police, and lied to them about me. Then he went outside. The next thing I knew the police arrested me because he had made the bogus complaint. While I was in jail over the weekend waiting for a judge to let me out, he deserted me and disappeared, along with all of our assets. All I had left was my personal bank account money. When the judge released me, I came home to find our animals unfed and without water. I had to leave a message on my husband's phone that I was back at my home because the judge had told me to stay there but just stay in another room and not bother my husband. The judge obviously didn't know my husband, as my very existence bothered him. I was terrified of the lucifer. and was looking for a job so that I could get away. But I couldn't move anywhere else yet. I started creating a safe room in my bedroom but needed help doing so and that had not been completed. I couldn't have him arrested for entering the house because technically it was still ours and my attorney was waiting for a court court date for the restraining order I wanted against him. A restraining order would not have stopped him anyway. Every couple of nights my husband kept sneaking into my home, at night after I went to bed, to steal what was left of our other valuable items. I was terrified to even go to sleep. Looking back in time, I recognize that he had tried to harm me on at least 3 other occasions while attributing it to an "accident." I too had attributed those actions to something else, been unaware at the time of the red flags and of how evil he truly was. I was glad to be rid of him but needed protection. So I hired Empire Security. Empire Security stationed a patrol vehicle outside my home for everyone to see. My husband could not come in through the back of my home because of the other houses and guard dogs in those yards. The front of my home was his only available entry point. So each night when the jerk parked on the major thoroughfare and crept up the street to my home, he saw the patrol vehicle there with the security guard inside. They caught him on camera on 4 other occasions coming toward my home. Each and every time, he assessed his odds, then turned and walked back to the main street.
