House Hunting/Putting Offers Out When we started physically going to properties, Cecilia was always on time to our appointments. She was responsive. She didn't waste our time showing us homes that didn't meet our requirements. But most importantly is that the didn't make us feel rushed or that she was frustrated that we didn't like a home and that we weren't putting in an offer. Performance Before I worked with Cecilia I felt like the difference in performance between real estate agents would be minimal. Cecilia proved me to be very wrong here. I was speaking with 3 different agents as I was trying to figure out who to work with and quickly stopped working with the other 2. I felt like I was just another number to the other agents. They just refined my search on their software and had the computer auto-send me listings. I would put notes for what I liked and didn't like into the software and didn't hear a peep from those agents. Cecilia on the other hand, paid attention to every comment I made. She hand picked listings and sent them to me directly making reference to notes I made in her listing software. Then I would ask her about things I could do to the property to add value and she gave me organized, thorough, and well thought out responses. Ultimately, this review is coming 2 years after working with Cecilia but I feel compelled to be detailed with my experience as well as well as mention that she was right about our property. We wanted a property that had strong equity growth potential and our home has outperformed other homes in our market because of the front end advice and legwork that Cecilia did for us. Bottom Line There are a lot of agents to pick from and it can feel like a crapshoot in terms of if you pick an average one or a top 1% agent. This review is intended to remove the crapshoot for you.
