He leaves nothing to chance by handling every aspect of the transaction himself never delegating a thing. His attention to detail is remarkable. He read through every document that was sent to us even the lengthy HOA documents. He caught an error on title that no one else saw. He also worked diligently with insurance providers to get me insured in time despite our short escrow. As a high value property in a fire risk zone this was a remarkable feat as anyone familiar with California home insurance can attest to. Rodman takes great pride in his work and knows how to negotiate the best deal possible while keeping both parties on good terms. He knew how to address each party's concerns in a calm manner that was reassuring to everyone involved. Attached is a photo of myself on the left and the seller on the right on closing day. It's the absolute truest in an area like South Bay (the one true South Bay; go home Silicon Valley, you're drunk), where houses get snatched up in an instant, and buyers are willing to do insane stuff to get their offers accepted. In markets like this, a lot of buyers may ask, "Why would I even need a realtor?" Let me tell you why: because the needle-in-a-haystack realtors like Jack Mangin make even the most chaotic and fast-paced market feel like a leisurely browse through a farmers market. I found Jack on Yelp, and he was the first realtor to call me back immediately. That never changed throughout our buying process. Jack is savvy in every respect, and truly listened to our priorities. He predicted issues and took proactive approaches to prevent those issues from becoming problems for us. He stayed positive and optimistic--even when I changed my mind a million times and couldn't decide what I cared about. The envelopes are always filled with multiple flyers advising me on my "investment properties". We are a family in our forever home. I called to asked to be removed from their mailing list. The person who answered said she will write my address down and if she comes across it she will remove me. You'd think they would be able to add to me a do not contact list or pull us from whatever internal registry they have but we will see if we get more mail.
