Four years ago, Jack helped us buy our first house and he did an amazing job! When we eventually outgrew that home, and were ready to sell, there was no question about which agent we wanted to use: Jack was our guy. From the beginning of the sale process, the first conversation we had with Jack about selling our house, he had a plan. Jack asked about our life, what we were looking for, and what our goals were. Then he LISTENED, and drew up a thoughtful and effective rough plan to make those goals happen. Throughout this process we were having twins and moving into a new house in a town 2 hours away. Jack did everything possible to make this process as simple as possible, with minimal stress for us even with our hectic lifestyle. We did some minor renovation and staging in order to maximize value, listed and waited, and reviewed our numerous offers.
