I started at a very reasonable price but then all of a sudden they doubled their price and now they just increase little by little without even telling me in advance. They send the invoice and I just have to say nothing and pay them. They are very cold and let you know that this is what it is. I feel trapped and really not cared for. they might be good for short time but don't go there if you intend to leave your storage for a longer term. read more

Love the location, the availability of units, and the pricing! Superior customer service provided by Angela was the icing on the cake. She has gone out of her way to make things less stressful in a very stressful time during a move. She has offered services that I didn't even think about like the auto pay feature and has updated me on every step along the process. She even walked me to my unit and showed me how to use the barrel lock that I had never used before and got mixed up on, LOL. I visited other storage facilities in the area and the deciding factor for me was the customer service that Angela provided. Great experience was looking for storage in the area in the bee cave area tough to find. Highly recommend

There are only 1 cart per building to move your items. A number of times we arrived to find the one cart being used. We had to hand carry our items up to the storage unit. When I discussed this with the employees, I was told there should be two carts but they also said that many times people leave the cart in their personal storage unit and that I had to make do. Also, the key you buy only works on their units. You just throw it away when finished. read more

Purchased two outdoor drive-up units while house was being completed. less than 6months I was given a email saying my rates on both units were going up more than 70%. Longevity is not what they want. They will push you out if they can rent it for more by raising the rate. This unfortunate is written into the contract. I will not use again and am pulling both my units out. Funny 2 more months until my house was finished, they would have had 5 stars. Bad business practices. read more

I am trying to hold back a very serious bad attitude at this storage place. They're only saving grace is that it's very clean and conveniently located near our apartment. 1-Should have opened at 9 & wasn't open at noon. 2-We then see her in the office but the door is still locked. My husband talks to someone at their corporate number after he's retained a unit online, but we still have to talk with people that actually work here to complete the transaction and get our key. 3-After we've gone to the door 3 different times, she finally opens it and says the office is closed due to a Covid outbreak. Why the hell don't you have a sign that says that? 4-We can't get into the unit because there's a lock on it that THEY have to remove in order for you to gain access! 5-We go to the office where she appears to be trying to leave. My husband has to ask her to come unlock the MFing door! She didn't offer any explanation or apology. I didn't get out of the car because I was going to unleash something she wasn't ready for. She looked at me sitting in the car and I just blankly stared back. I would normally smile. read more

I don't understand why certain customers try to leave out the truth about how terrible a business is. As someone who is a normal working-class worker, I would not recommend secure space storage to another customer. I have only been with this company for three months since late April, and have been notified that my bill will be twice as much. The claim was to provide better service, but I have not seen any improvements since becoming a customer. They claim to have a climate-controlled system, but the upstairs feels like a sauna. This storage facility needs to be updated, and asking customers to foot the bill so they can fill their pockets is terrible customer service. I initially thought this company was one of the honest storage companies, but I was wrong. They are corrupt like the rest and would not advise anyone to purchase a storage unit there. I don't see any improvements, and their so-called justification for their rate increases does not justify the lack of customer service or benefits this company offers. This company has tried to double my rate in 3 months and not provide additional services to compensate for their rate increase. I believe this company will try to put on a front to bring in customers and will turn around and do something different. read more

I made an online reservation ahead of time for a move in on a weekday. I spoke with a live person the day before to confirm my reservation. I even received an email the morning of saying "Happy move-in day we are open from 9-6". when I arrived at 2:00 with a moving truck and (not-cheap) hourly rate of 4 movers behind me, the sign on the door said CLOSED, we will reopen tomorrow (Saturday). when I called it was an answering service that could do nothing for me. if you are going to close down for the day, the least you can do is notify the reservations you have that day. read more
