When you perhaps need a lock cut or need anything of the storage unit nature, it's not as easy as walking into their office. But when you have the appointment, they are so helpful and nice. I suppose that's really not so bad considering the decent price in this small storage unit operation. The units are just fine and what makes this place special is the unique, local vibe to it. The longer you stay the more they charge screwing their longtime customers. I tried to get a smaller space so they transferred me to a new room, but our Piano did not fit . So, we put it back in our old space, but they charged me for the new one anyway, constantly telling me I owed them $200 ?! How when the original space I paid rent on was $335? Today I went and looked a t a different space the Property manager picked out for me, it was too small so we looked around and found one that will fit, but couldn't get it because they still say I owe them money! This place is a trap! I know I have been renting from here for over TEN YEARS and this is how rhey treat me rip me off and give the run around! AVOID THIS PLACE!!
