First you have to sign the waiver. Head over to the counter and rent a lane. Provide your ID. Get setup with safety glasses (unless you wear glasses), ear muffs, your own weapon & ammunition and pick your target. We were set. We received some assistance from a safety assistant and had a pretty good practice session. Frontier has plenty of supplies, clothing for sale, refreshments and very helpful personnel.

I brought in a 10k gold, Cameo-like class ring from the 1940s. They 1) said it was not real gold. 2) It is absolutely real, even if only 10k in weight 3) I got it appraised elsewhere and the staff gave me an approximate amount of how much it is worth. Do NOT GO HERE! Go to Saint Joseph or Kansas City. Terrible.

As for cost, I don't have much to compare it to, but it didn't seem bad, about $20 to rent a lane and $15 to rent a caliber, which lets you try any firearm of that caliber. I ended up trying 3-4 different ones, which was a great experience.
