However this second experience was dramatically different. The 3 guys that were all behind the counter, all eating lunch, made me feel very unwelcome as if I were disturbing them. I actually said to one of the workers, "I purchased a rifle from you guys and I'm back because of the great experience" and the workers response was "whatever". The larger fellow actually talked me out of a sale. Not by what he said, but more so because there were tator tots/hash browns falling out of his mouth as he was making comments. I couldn't pay attention to the words he was saying because there was cheese sauce on his face. The third worker was the most helpful but left in mid-conversation because his girlfriend was yelling for him. I won't be returning to this shop for several reasons: 1. Because I didn't feel welcome. 2. It's rude to speak with your mouth full. 3. If a customer has a preference about a certain product, it's not wise to insult them because of that preference. Hey, I'm sure these guys are ok. Not great, just ok. But if you're expecting customer service and common sense, this isn't the place for you.

The place is huge! educational, kids stuff, very very large spa area. Got to talking to the owners about rocks and what we are doing with kids area at rocks shows and he was very informative and got the vip treatment behind the scenes stuff and learned alot. You can find literally everything here at Gemini. I left with a new pendelum an evil eye bracelet some special bath salts and detoxes. As well as some new goodies for my sound bowl. They also sell sound bowls here too. My friend and I also tried the salt room spa here and it was pretty relaxing we fell asleep. I just can't get over how much we loved our experience here from the educational aspect from their teachings to just letting us freely look around and shop and be curious beings. I felt so calm shopping here we could've spent hours just looking around. This was a highlight of our trip must say. Such a great experience and great people!

First they closed on the day it arrived - without notice or a message on their voice mail - for four business days! Wasted trip 25 min away to learn that. Then, when they finally reopened: I called and they answered this time: yes, it's here. Another wasted 25 min trip: it wasn't there. "Will you check with the post office?" "No, it's out of our hands." As the buyer, I'm not even a party to it. "It was uncool to close without notice." "Don't you get a vacation?" Their (late) note on FB said they were closed for a CHL course. Being out was not the point - giving notice and creating a phone voice message was the point. Plus, the way - the owner - said these things was disrespectful. I will never use them again. And I had four firearms for sale which I would have used their offices to do those transfers. Nope.

Be sure to ask them about the HALLMARK MOVIE that filmed across the street from them. Oh, and ignore the 1-star review from the guy named Gordon. He's a literal Old Crank who elects to try to sabotage the businesses of people he doesn't care for. Read the review and you'll see he's never been in the place. Lame.
