They allowed me to tell them exactly where I wanted the items and they put everything where I wanted. Took the furniture apart and put it back together correctly. We didn't catch all the guys names but the leads name was Dee. All in all we are very happy with the guys and this company and Lord forbid we ever have to move again we will use them a third time.

I arrived with my movers to get my stuff and was told I couldn't get it without paying another month. We gave over 45 days notice and 30 days is required. I was at the storage 3 weeks before to verify payments were all up to date for move out. I was told I was good to go, yet had to pay cash on the day of the move out in order to get my stuff. Do not use them. It's not worth the small amount you save monthly when you get screwed at the end!

The bookkeeping is a joke--they have constantly had our account messed up and keep putting a lock on our unit when we're paid up. Everything in our unit has a horrible mildew smell. We most likely will have to throw out a nice mattress set and a decent couch, and possibly other things. We have also noticed mouse poop and something chewing on boxes. Needless to say, we are moving our things to a 24 hour access storage facility.

Unfortunately the general manager did not handle this well from an emotional standpoint. He was quite abrasive in dealing with us during this adverse situation. He ultimately got the reschedule done but did want to charge a 15% fee to do it. I never saw this in the signed contract but I agreed to pay half just to be done with it and him. I would only use this company again if I had a DIFFERENT contact than him.
