It has been a nightmare: the only thing I can find is private rentals, who require you to be in person to hold, or the all too common disgusting chain apartments, with their disgusting brown carpet, and empty promises of the good life. I ended up doing a google search, and found these guys. I called their office and spoke with a very pleasant receptionist. The following day I was able to go onto their website, place down a deposit on a great apartment in a great area. The process was super easy, and done within an hour. Damian was also super pleasant and easy to work with. I very rarely write reviews, but after the positivity I received, after all the negativity the rest of the town showed me, I felt I'd take the initiative to write something nice, because they, honestly, deserve it.

I happened to be at a neighbors when the cleaning crew came in after I left, they were there for maybe 15 minutes and I was 'charged' for two full days. He even tried to charge me for extra cleaning over my deposit (I was there for five months) but acted like he was being gracious by accepting my deposit as a fair claim. That neighbor said the new tenants moved in the day after the cleaners showed up for 15 minutes, it was impossible. Horrific landlord. Okay with getting basic repairs done but expect to have little to no notice and for him to complain about any and every thing he takes offense to. He threatened to evict me because he showed up, unannounced, while I had a friend over. I stepped out for maybe five minutes to get my mail downstairs and found him berating my friend when I returned. He has a terrible reputation for a reason. Units are cheap for a reason. He has dozens of properties (when he handed me the key it was pulled from a cartoonishly large door filled to the brim). It looks like he finally closed up shop but just in case - avoid like the plague unless you're absolutely desperate.

He was easy to contact and answered all my questions. My one disappointment is that once the contract was executed, he seemed to disappear. Joe, the buyers, and myself all missed completing one detail about the timeline for payment of earnest money until I caught it after the purchase agreement was executed, and when I reached out to Joe I got no response. Luckily it wasn't an issue between me and the buyers, but I felt like he should have at least responded since I paid him to draft the contract.

They never do inspections on there properties either. Not one in the entire time I lived there. As for repairs, they take forever, so much so that the maintenance man just gave me his cell number so I can get things fixed in a timely matter. They never fixed the fences that i reported multiple times. So the dog kept getting out and finally was picked up by the pound. Upon move out, I had the house and garage professionally cleaned yet they said the property was filthy and charged me for cleaning. If you are looking to use them for rent be careful and document everything! If your thinking about using them to manage a property of yours, I stress that they will not inspect or care about the land.
