The manager, Mark personally reached out to me multiple times to ask what he can do to help, told the entire facility what was going on and even offered to come in on off hours to personally move the car into storage safely so it wouldn't be stuck out on the street. Everyone in the facility has been helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs storage. I don't write reviews very often, but I felt the need to write one for Cleveland Storage because hard work and going the extra mile to make life easier for people should be rewarded.

UPDATE: DO NOT RENT FROM THEM…read more They are back at it again. This company is horrible. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Since I have been with 10 Federal they have raised the rent 6 times in 3 years. They raised the rent again in April of 2024 and they just sent another increase yesterday. Ive gone from $96 per unit per month from when I started to now they want $177 per unit. The kicker is that they have the same units I have (10x20) listed for $133 per month on 2 different websites. So rather than lowering the rent for customers who have paid their rent on time for 3 years you want to raise the rent but give new customers a lower rent. Then they also do some so called TECH UPGRADES that I would never use (Read below) but charge me $3.99 additional monthly fee for these so called BS upgrades. I didn't move before when they increased the rent because it was inconvenient but I'm out of here before the end of the month. I have 2 units with 10 Federal Self Storage who took over from StorageBliss. When they took over they raised rent $20 per unit back in Sept 2021. They are trying to raise the rent again 4 months later another $20 per unit saying they have a raise in operational costs. This facility is unmanned so what operational costs are there. You pay someone to clean the place? We are in the middle of a pandemic, people are not working and they are trying to price gouge their existing customers. Stay far away form this place, at this rate your rent will be doubled in no time.

I had to store a bunch of boxed items for a while, and this facility was less than 10 minutes from…read moremy house. I ended up getting a 6' X 10' climate controlled space. The indoor part of the facility used to be a supermarket or department store, so it is quite large. The whole place is clean, well lit, and the air conditioning is better than I expected. Nicely cool in the summer, and comfortably warm in the winter. My unit was on the end, right near the curbside door, but I noticed looking down the aisles that they are very wide, if you wanted to access your unit while the tenant across did the same, there would be no problem. The roll-up door worked smoothly, and the built-in lock eliminates having to buy or supply a padlock. There are always plenty of flatbed carts available. Not 24 hour access, but you can get in 7:30 am to 10 pm every day, holidays included. Office staff very friendly and helpful, and the managers live onsite. Even when the office was closed, a few times when I went to my unit, I saw one of the managers, so they don't close up the office and disappear. Although I didn't have a need for it, I noticed they have plenty of room for outside storage (like vehicles & equipment) and again, it is clean and well organized. If I ever need storage again, I will definitely return here.
