I used Branch Out Moving a year and a half ago and I'm still finding my items scratched etc. I…read moreactually just took my $1500 bed apart that they put together for me and 4 screws were stripped. I had to run to Lowe's and buy a tool to get them out plus all new screws. They lost a shelf in our big tv unit, I'm not sure how, but it looks horrible now having 3 shelves and missing 1. But that isn't even half of what happened on my moving day. They showed up with an extra guy and a massive truck, GREAT! Well I go upstairs in my sons room only to see 1 mover sitting down on my boxes, he had opened my sons bedroom window and was vaping inside my home, in my child's room! Yes, I ran downstairs and told his boss and he said he would tell him to quit. An hour later I'm walking past my sons bathroom and this same mover is sitting on my sons toilet, pants down, door wide open (to get some light in because Duke shut the power off about 30 minutes prior) and he was having exploding diarrhea... yep, you could hear it and smell it. I ran down to tell his boss know what was going on. When the guy finally came downstairs he said he was sick so he went outside to rest. He came back in 30 minutes later and said he was ok. Mind you I never once saw him wash his hands. I asked him to please go clean the toilet and well, let's just say it turns out he didn't. Anyhow everything is now loaded and they're leaving, they didn't even tell me. I rush throughout the house to make sure they got everything and all was good, I was literally sprinting. They leave and I head to my new home to meet them. Well they didn't show up. I called them and the guy that had the exploding diarrhea needed to go to the ER, oh goodness! At this point I did call their office and let the office manager or maybe she was the big boss know what all had transpired and that they were at the Hospital... she had no idea. I did ask for a discount on my move! So they show up about 1.5 hours later without the sick guy and got the job done. However the boss that was with the moving crew proceeded to make me feel bad that I called their boss to let them know about everything, is this a joke?!? He even said to me yeah I heard you even asked for a discount. You better believe I did!!!They did take $200 off my final bill. So a couple of days later I get a call from my landlord at my last home I had just moved out of that the second bath (my sons) toilet was covered in poop. She was livid because her new tenant was moving in. I had to scramble to find cleaners day of, thank God I did. Anyhow that cost me $150 because I only had them clean the bathroom pretty much so I did let Branch Out know and the did reimburse me for the cleaners. Holy cow what an absolute NIGHTMARE! I get that no one can help that they are sick, but vaping in a home you're working in, let alone in a 9 year olds room! Then going poop with the door wide open I just cannot. The whole thought of it all gives me so much anxiety to this day!! I honestly never want to hire movers again!!!!!

During the move, multiple crew members disappeared for periods exceeding one hour without explanation. One mover took particular notice of my wife's jewelry, watching closely as she handled it that morning. Her jewelry -- including pieces of deep family significance passed down through generations -- was secured in our locked vehicle with no signs of forced entry and driven directly to our new home. At the destination, the same mover who had observed the jewelry that morning offered multiple times to carry the specific bag containing it into the house. My wife placed the bag in our bedroom closet. At some point during the remainder of the move, we were outside the home. The following morning the jewelry was gone. When we reported this to CEO William Saunders, he stated -- verbatim -- "we have never had anything like this happen and this could ruin us." He requested we not contact police for 24 hours, stating he wanted to speak with his crew first, and indicated he had a good idea who may have been responsible based on issues that person had "when he was young." We honored his request. The items were not returned. My wife spoke with Mr. Saunders separately and independently, and his statements to her were consistent with what he told me. Mr. Saunders later disputed making those earlier statements. A police report has been filed. The investigation is active.

I would give 10 stars if I could. John, David and Tino were excellent. Friendly, professional,…read moreclean and efficient. They took great care of all our treasures. I highly recommend them for you next move.

None these fees were mentioned ahead of time *My husband Scott and I are senior citizens and disabled so require assistance with our move *The mover guys were pleasant and hard working.. We offered them ice water because it was hot that day in June *The individual below was not at the location, so has no idea what happen, except by hearsay *We move our two bedroom apartment of HHG 2.5 miles through the north side of Ramsey street *Faithful movers had to load and unload twice due to the size of their truck adding time to the move, that we payed for. The movers ended up leaving half a room of furniture at our prior location. Not because of our pets, but because they were obviously tired and told us they needed to drive to NY. We had to pay another to move it because we are senior citizen. Veterans and senior citizens. We paid the movers a whopping $1065 total for the move. $100 of that was for connection and disconnection of washer and dryers. That seems like a lot, doesn't it ? We thought so. Esp for move a two bed room 2.5 Miles. That does include tax. We were refunded $50 for the dryer not connected at out new Home. But that was after numerous nasty messages through this app. I was call a racist, malicious and a psycho and my husband was called delusion. How's that for Christian Behavior and customer service ? We filed a damage claim on a nice mahogany chair which the finish received a large gouge on the arm, through the finish and into the wood. I sent her pictures. Faithful movers refused the claim for a whole $27. and sent one picture taken at our new location. Where our the others she Claims ? The 27 4x8 glossy dated and time stamped photos proving her claim? ? She never produced them to NCUC, never. . All that effort just to not pay us $27! I called the NC utilities commission asking for assistance. Faithful movers confused the mediators by highlighting damaged items for their list of our items damaged prior to the move and claiming one was the item in question. They the refused the claim and asked me to sign a disclaimer removing my YELP reviews for the $27, then I was offered $50 !!!! I didn't sign it,but I still have it. To distract from misconduct Faithful movers spins the tale that I'm a racist and used racist language to our movers. We know that's ridiculous and a diversion tactic to make me seem like a despicable shrew. Again, the author of that was NOT in either home during the move - at all, ever! As any dear YELPER knows, it is against STANDARDS of CONDUCT to even attempt to buy away a review. So, I refused to sign and reported her to YELP - who removed her comments !! Disregarding that we live in a free country, have freedom of speech and that this, dear YELPERS is a PUBLIC FORUM - open to praise or criticism of the Company highered - Faithful movers has threatened to sue me for my speech - because we live in a free country - I'm still here. Faithful movers comment below tells the truth about her customer service style - blame the customer. This, fellow YELPERS, is not an attempt to "scandalize" a Business but only to review - a process that she opened her business up to when she signed up for free advertising on YELP.
