When we both finally arrived to her residence we were greeted warmly. I get a massage at home in NY once a month, this was by far the best massage I have ever had. I have a lot of muscle tension from my labor intensive job ( I'm a dental hygienist) and working out 5x/wk, she identified every knot and kneaded it out. I am so greatful for her attention to detail. A few weeks ago my back was out and my chiropractor wasn't helping much, so first thing I did was to Sch. a massage with Michelle. She sensed it wasn't my back as much it was my hip that was out. Not only did she relieve the pain but also showed me some exercises to do that have been really helpful ! But you don't have to be in pain to get in and see Michelle. The 90 minute massage by Michelle was one of the best I've ever had. Often it takes a therapist a couple sessions to know your body and what is needed to make you feel whole again. For that reason I'm reluctant to schedule a massage while on vacation, but am I glad I did! Michelle is intuitive, able to read not just your body, but mind and soul. She incorported deep tissue work, hot stones, trigger release, cranial therapy and healing energy. Michelle's studio is in her home, it's quiet, welcoming and comfortable.
