I booked six 90 min massages with women from a retreat I'm hosting here in Sedona, and when we arrived the receptionist said I had only booked five! I had called to confirm just days prior. I insisted I had booked six and she just kept saying sorry, there was nothing she could do about it. I finally found my email confirmation which showed six, and then she suddenly discovered the 6th person in their system. No apology, no "my mistake", nothing. This cut into the massage time. Then they only had 2, single bathrooms so the women all had to wait to use the restroom, again cutting into the massage time. My massage therapist, Velinda, was very sweet and was a decent massage therapist, but I felt like her mind was far, far away. That was confirmed when she stopped my massage 15 mins early! I asked her "wasn't this a 90 mins massage?" And then she realized she made a mistake. so she just had me get back on the table WITH my clothes on! Not to mention that everyone's massage time was cut short with the receptionist and bathroom situation. If you are paying for 90 mins of massage, the timer should start when you are on the table. The other women had great experiences with their massage therapists (except for one where the air conditioner was right over her and she was freezing the whole time). overall, this could be such a better experience with a more pleasant, professional receptionist, bathrooms to accommodate the large facility (and a group!), and don't cut into massage time- especially when we all arrived 15 mins BEFORE our appointment was scheduled. read more

What a great spot for SO many things! We were vacationing in Sedona and called for a same day appointment. There were 3 of us and they were able to get us in! Amazing! We booked a couples massage and then a single massage. Great room for the couples massage and the two ladies we had were so nice! The lobby area was clean and all of the staff, we saw like 8 different people, all seemed very nice. Massage was great. I like deep tissue and boy did i get that! Worked out all of my sore muscles. I ended up booking a "reading". I was just curious what it was like. For double the cost of a massage I am not sure it is worth it. I didn't feel any different when I left. You basically sat in a room while she talked to you about what "she saw" then laid on the table and listened to music for awhile. Now don't get me wrong... this might be great for some people- for me, not so much. I am still giving them 5 stars as I really enjoyed my massage. read more

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. I had a gel mani/pedi service booked (2-1/2 hours) and the nail technician never showed up. When I arrived for the service, the door was locked. I phoned the salon and was met outside by a salon employee who informed me the technician 'couldn't make it'. The salon not only had my phone number, and could have called to let me know, but my credit card details as well. read more

My husband and I got deluxe pedicures here, and they were wonderful! Both staff who helped us were really nice, and the pedicures were very relaxing. The products they used were nice, too! Worse massage I've ever had in my life! Please read if you are planning to make an appt for a party of 3 or more and if you are not a local. I get massages almost every month, and since I was on vacation, I wanted to book a massage. Unfortunately, the resort we were staying at was booked and couldn't accommodate me and my 3 friends. So we did a search and found Namti. They boast that this is the place where locals go, so I figured, it must be good. Boy was I wrong. I am tempted to write the name of my massage therapist, but don't want to jeopardize anyone's livelihood. Plus, she was a nice woman, just someone who is in the wrong profession. My massage felt more like someone was rubbing me with oil for an hour. I told her I had a lot of tension in my neck and shoulder and even upgraded to a stone massage. She stroked the stone across my body, but didn't really do any massaging. I was still waiting for her to work on my neck and shoulders and then suddenly, she asked me to turn over. I thought, ok..maybe she'll work on my pain points while I'm on my back. NOPE!! For the rest of the time, she simply kept my neck raised and turned my neck from side to side a few times. Didn't even massage it once and then it was over. She left to ring the gong and said ok, you're all done! I was in complete shock!! I compared notes with my 3 friends and 2 of them had a very similar experience with their massage therapist. On top of that, they automatically charge 20% tip for groups of 3 or more and the 2 women at the front desk where not very friendly. When we went to pay, I told them they sent me a 20% discount and gave them the promo code. They both looked at each other like they weren't happy about that and rung us up without even thanking us for our business. My friend noticed that right away and even said, wow...they didn't look happy that we didn't pay full price. We were even complaining to our Uber driver about it and he said that there are so many spas in Sedona, he mentioned, The Wilde Spa, is one he drops/pick-up customers from a lot. So if you are not a local....I'd recommend looking elsewhere. read more
