My pup is Sam. She got me on the schedule, took care of his GROOMS and he is a happy camper. I have seen and heard the worst things through the years about different services, small and big business, and actually had some poor experiences myself. G2GO gave me the peace of mind and comfort right from the jump that people who make their pets family like I do, need. The pricing was fair and competitive for the area. I don't even know if there are other mobile groomers serving the area, but with this experience here in Camp Verde, I couldn't have asked for more for my money.

She took a few minutes to meet our dog so that he would feel comfortable with her. Shayna asked good questions and listened to all of my input. Our dog was a little matted since it had been several weeks since his last grooming plus he had been swimming a few times. Shayna took the time to get the mats out without shaving him. He looks terrific. Shayna arrived on time with her grooming rig. She was very considerate of our neighbors in where she parked it. Her grooming trailer was neat and clean and air conditioned. She has a hot water heater so that the dogs can be bathed in warm (not cold!) water. I will definitely be booking with Shayna again.

We are traveling home from the east on a long vacation and they accepted my baby with no problem. Got him in right away and off on the road we went. I can't say enough what a great job they did and made me feel welcome even though he knew I was from out of town. I WILL be bringing him back here whenever possible. Never got this good of service from Las Vegas to Yhe east coast to Vermont and on back to Vegas. Really pleased.

We were visiting Sedona in our RV for a few days and had our dog with us…read more The thing is we wanted to go to a few places that were not set up for people with puppy dogs in tow. Our problem is our pup (Pepper) has terrible separation anxiety and will howl relentlessly from the second she figures out we left until we get back. (Not good way to make friends in a camp ground!) Found Kim on line and gave her a call. We found her rates to be more than fair and she is very accommodating on times. She is also very attentive with her "guests" making sure they are given everything needed to feel welcome and safe. She even sent several text updates throughout the day letting us know how Pepper was doing and getting along. For instance when Pep had a breakthrough moment and figured out that she not only could go out the dogie door but back in as well! It was very reassuring. We weren't planning on it but we asked Kim if she would watch Pep for a few hours the next day because we found someplace else we wanted to check out, and she readily agreed. She helped us out a bunch! I simply can not say enough good things about Kim and the service she provides! *Great rates *Will work with your schedule (but be reasonable, dont beat her up with a 12:30am pick up time!) *Very caring and attentive to your Pup! *Keeps you in the loop.
