No one named Michael seems to works there and Pablo is the owner. When you call frequently no one answers. When you do get someone they just say "hello" when they answer the phone. They don't say the name of the business, like a normal company, so you never know if you are calling the correct place. Usually like his wife or I guess his kid answers the phone. It's totally disorganized. If you don't get through it goes to a voice mailbox that is completely full so you can't leave a message. I honestly had no faith this place would be able to do a thorough check of our very expensive Toyota. It does not even seem like they have the capability to do a real good diagnostic on a car. When I had the car dropped off he never called me to follow up I had to call him to find out what the status was. He just let the truck sit there. He said he needed to speak to us in person so we drove all the way over there to just say the same stuff we said on the phone. He did not seem like he even really knew what to do with our truck because the damage was not completely visible to the eye. He just did not really seem to have the skills needed. We just should have gone to a certified Toyota place that knows what to look for and how to check if the frame is bent. Finally he said it would be WEEKS before he could even fix the car. So we gave up on him and took the car. We will be taking it to a certified Toyota repair dealer. Not to this disorganized place.
