I had a w7 jl audio installed by them . 3 months later it blew . The owner wouldn't help me at all . I said lady you guys installed it . Now I have to take this thing that i need help moving . mail it and take it somewhere else to fix it . UNETHICAL & DISRESPECTFUL SCAMMERS! I was sold around $400 on tints with LIFETIME WARRANTY a few years back. Invoice given even states their warranty policy at the bottom. Now years later, my back window is bubbling terribly. I finally called the business to get it fixed and was told by the man on the phone that it's no problem, just to come by the next morning with my receipt. So the next morning I come in and I'm being told that they cannot fix my window. Instead the lady of the business IMMEDIATELY denied to fix their own work and began to argue with me. I would need to pay for work all over again, despite my warranty. She stated that her husband was the one who issued the lifetime warranty which she now deems as void. When I mention that my family member got tint work done at another business, at the same time, and still has zero issues with their quality till this day & she replied, "well go to them then"... THE MOST UNBELIEVABLE PART! With a smirk on her face, this lady pointed at a picture of HER DEAD HUSBAND and told me if I have further problems i should speak to him. A DEAD MAN. I found Superior Sounds on Yelp. I had a headunit that I purchased myself on Amazon. The harnesses that I purchased were not the right ones so I contacted them through Yelp to see if they could do anything and they were happy to help. Their quote was very reasonable and only charged me for 1 hour of labor. They were so fast that I was able to stay while they worked on my family Nissan. I have to come back since I needed a different harness ordered to work with my backup camera, but that is my fault since I didn't know what I needed. I also didn't know that they worked on backup cameras which is a positive for anyone trying to get one installed. When I left I had great sound quality and no complaints. I called this place at 10am on 11/11 to inquire about get the speakers in my Jetta replaced, and how much they would cost. I had already purchased the speakers and only needed them to install. She gave me a price of $150, and told me that I could get it done that day and just to be there for 11:30. The guy that was going to do the work was finishing up another vehicle and then went to work on mine... I picked my car up at 2:30, and was pleased with the work... The owner gave me a refund. My original alarm was installed there and recommended by the dealership 22 years ago. This review is long overdue. I went in May to get my car windows tinted before I gave birth and they were super helpful in helping me pick the right tone for my car. Obviously living in Pittsburg you want to make your car as cool as possible for your new baby. They have a small waiting area with a tv and they were so sweet in making sure I was okay (I was due 4 days and clearly uncomfortable lol). Fast forward to a week ago my husband called them to get a backup camera and Bluetooth touchscreen stereo installed in his car and they said they could take him in on Saturday the latest at 2. Well my husband was running late and they accommodated him and installed what he needed quick. Needless to say they have the best customer service and prices. Called in to get some quote on tinting 2 front windows for a mercedes GL550. Spoke to Danny and offered competitive pricing amongst others in Antioch. He was able to squeeze me in on short notice same day. After inspecting my vehicle, Danny offered film options and was very knowledgeable with the differences. After receiving the vehicle, cuts were precise and there were no bubbles. It was a quality install. Although I was not satisfied with the match against the rear stock tint. It looked more reflective like a mirror in the front than it did with the rear. Danny explained that because of the reflective window from Mercedes, it shows more on this vehicle. I can only blame myself as I did authorize the tint. Unfortunately it does look different once it's actually installed. read more

Danny showed me a few choices and I went with the darkest available option. He did an awesome job and price was fair! I found this shop one day as I was exiting the freeway. It's a small owner operated business in a small plaza with plenty of parking. I watched him do his magic on a total of 5 windows on my Ford Super Duty extended cab. I bought a brand new speaker out of the box had it installed and lo and behold doesn't work at all. I brought it back to get a working speaker, was spoken to extremely rude when i explained why I was returning, the woman cut me off and told me that's not what happened. I wanted her to tell me then what happened, she made no sense. Super rude, poor customer service tried to refuse to get me a working speaker and then examined the speaker and my receipt and told me I had to pay another $50 for them to ship their faulty speaker back to the company. I was definitely better off buying directly from the company myself and not spending my money with them as they completely ripped me off. I've never in my 40 years of life bought something that didn't work and then be forced to pay more or completely loose out on my money. I feel like this practice may be illegal. Will never be back and don't recommend this place of business/thief's. /in response to the owner this does not excuse the deplorable customer service / way I was spoken to And to answer where I had installed was professional and has been in business for 20 yrs, The speaker was faulty end of story.
