Bought two dash cams for Christmas presents and also paid for installation in two different cars. They helped us figure out what would be best for our needs and actually offered to do an installation of units bought elsewhere, but the cost they had for the units we bought was pretty competitive. We took the two units and then worked out when to come back to complete each install (about two hours for each). Nice professional install (so much better than I could do). read more

Even more disappointed. Alarm started acting up and on the digital fob it read hood open when it wasn't. I took a look and Best guys installed a hood pin switch which became loose. That wasn't the issue though. The issue I found was they drilled a hole into my cowl and truck and decided it wasn't a good spot for the pin switch so they used some sort of black putty to try to cover it up. That's some shady work. I'm sorry I've never seen in the 30 years of being a customer in car audio/electronics things done like this. read more

I had my car tinted in 2017, and the product came with a lifetime warranty. The rear window tint bubbled after 5 yeas, but the company that performed this wasn't being cooperative, so I called the manufacturer and got the name of two other companies that use their products to have my warranty claim performed. The 1st one wasn't cooperative either, so I called the last one on my list. The Best Guys in Concord CA. This company had no problems scheduling my warranty claim. My car tint was removed and replaced without further issues, and it looks perfect. I hope that the manufacturer will take good care of this company because they deserve it. I want to give a shout out for these guys! I helped my grandson purchase a used 2002 Honda Accord which came with an Automate alarm/remote keyless entry system. The single key fob, that came with the car was broken. I found a couple of replacement fobs on line and purchased them for him. They came with instructions that did not work for this model. I tried calling the manufacturer, but could not get a human to help. I found The Best Guys was one of the listed preferred installers.
