After calling a couple shops in the area for quotes and timing, I narrowed it down to either Secureway or Tesla's mobile repair for the mirror with a combo of them or another shop for the paint. Lucero walked me through the process of ordering parts, repairing/repainting the doors, and dealing with insurance. Based on the already great reviews, my experience speaking with Lucero, and the fair estimate they provided, I decided to give them the entire job. They did not disappoint! It took a little while longer than expected because Tesla took a while to ship the parts, but they kept me updated and the car looked good as new afterward. It looked like they washed it, topped up the charging, and had all the protective mats and plastics for the interior to keep it clean. I appreciate the work they did and would highly recommend!

They're a Tesla certified collision shop that does a better job than Tesla's own auto body shop (I've heard bad things.) I like this shop so much I would bring my car here over Tesla's own body shop. These guys seem to know Teslas way better--inside and out. They catch hidden damage that the insurance adjuster completely missed and they're also experts at dealing with the at fault party's insurance. On top of that, they're trusted enough to have a contract fixing up new VinFast cars that got damaged in transport--bringing them back to brand-new condition (before cars are sold.)
