I have been going to Seehra automotive since 1999 when I bought a Mercedes and he kept my rolling for 28 years. I sold my 1990 in 2022. I knew he was honest back in 2001 he told me that I needed a water pump and the cost would be around 500, however when I went to pick it up he only charged me 75 and I asked why and he said it was the thermostat instead. Any other mechanic would have showed me a water pump from another car and charged me the 500. So I will stay with him until he retires. Also I have bought 2 vans and 4 cars from him as well. I will never pay another car note when I can call him and ask him to look out for a car for me. I'm glad I met him. We're friends and he knows my number by sight. Seehra is a great mechanic that cares about people and their cars. It's not all about getting the customers money. He wants the car to be in top working condition. My AC compressor went out and I received an estimate from my local automotive shop. The estimate to just replace the compressor was $600 and another estimate to clean out the hoses which would cost over $1000. I drove the car for 2 weeks without AC and then a friend recommended Seehra. He not only fixed my car but he fixed my "foggy" headlights and he did it for under $600. I have been taking my cars to Sehra for over 8 years. He is someone I can trust and have faith in. On a number of occasions he has saved me money by correctly identifying the problem and advising me against unnecessary repairs that the Dealership was recommending. Once I was in Phoenix and using my son's car. It developed a problem and the local mechanic recommended a fix for about $2500. Other local mechanics told me the same thing. I then called Sehra and described the symptoms. He then asked me to do some simple tests which I could do myself. Based on the info, he correctly identified the problem and told me to have one particular part changed for about $120. Local mechanic was initially reluctant but after talking to Sehra, agreed to do what Sehra was suggesting. It fixed the problem. He is the best that I have ever come across. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Sheehra based on our extraordinary encounter we had with him this past weekend. We were visiting from Chicago for the weekend and our SUV was making a constant, loud rattling noise from under the car. We only had Saturday to fix the car given our Sunday departure and Sunday automotive repair shop closures. We had read reviews of Seehra's honesty and integrity so I called him first thing Saturday am. He said he is appointment-only Saturdays, and open a half day, but was extremely busy with other appts and jobs. But he said to come in at 9:30am and he'd take a look. We quickly headed over and he dropped everything he was doing, took our car for a quick drive, diagnosed the problem within seconds, and then took our car into his shop, and fixed the issue within 20 minutes. Our heat shield was extremely loose in several locations and was banging against the underside of the car. Rather than try to sell us a new heat shield or diagnose a more complex problem, he quickly tightened all of the screws but replaced some with sturdier bolts and even drilled some bigger holes to hold the stronger screws. He then checked our oil and fluids, and added about a quart of synthetic oil and topped off some other fluids. For all of this, he charged us $40! I literally offered him more and he wouldn't take it. He said it was his honor to help us, and he prides himself on his honesty and work ethic. He saved our trip, as we needed our car to drive to the Cards game and several other planned sites. Incidentally, my wife struck up a conversation with a guy in the waiting room who said he lives 40 minutes outside of town but only takes his car to Seehra because the work is so good and honest.
