The classes are tough for my skill set but at the same time they don't judge you if your a beginner or never have taken barre, yoga or cardio classes. I was expecting some sort of dance class but it is unique because they add elements of cardio and yoga in it. So far I have had the pleasure of taking Fabiana's class over the weekend. She was encouraging as well as helpful during my moments of cluelessness. I enjoyed the work out so much that I decided to try this studio for a month to see what kind of results I get. Also I took Jackie's class as well. She was so nice and made sure I was not lost. At times I want to laugh while in class because I look so ridiculous doing the poses however it's a fun learning experience. This type of studio took me out of my comfort zone and I'm really liking it. Every instructor is very caring and do not make you feel like a outsider. I would recommend anyone to try a barre class. Beth Botlz is the owner and was the instructor for this session. She is super nice, I enjoyed learning how she opened this studio and her personal fitness journey. The other classes offered are, Barre, Yoga, TRX, and regular Body Sculpt. There is free street parking and a parking lot behind the studio. All first come first served of course so be mindful of your timing so you won't be late to class while looking for parking. All you need to bring is water + a sweat towel.
