1 Star is too much. The customer should always be right. What Yoga joint is doing sure feels like fraud to me. The monthly price is 69% higher than when I was last a member 5 years ago which far outpaces inflation with no additional benefits. Whatever. I moved back to Deerfield and purchased an unlimited use package that provides 3 guest passes per month. My first payment was 9/11/25. I went in with a guest today for a class today and they told me they sent out an e-mail in October saying they cancelled ALL guest passes. One month after they sold me 1 thing they now destroyed a HUGE part of the packages value. Forget about the embarrassment of being treated like $2000.00 annually was not enough while an important relationship was strong-armed into paying $30 for a guest. Yoga Joint's policy requires that when I cancel, I have to pay for another month before cancellation is accepted. Sounds like a bait and switch but even if not, they will need to refund that last months payment. Fortunately I cancelled this membership in October because they had charged me excessive fees mostly for classes that are half empty. Saturday morning is the only classes that I have seen filed to capacity. I did not read the fine print in my agreement as I had a towel, mat, yogi toe and bottle of water in my hand when I signed up for the recurring charges. So I begrudgingly ate those fees. Bottom line, I contacted my bank to fight this 1 month charge. The price somehow was $140.00 and now it's $169.00. Maybe the increase occurred in an e-mail as well. More BS. Either way it's gross that they don't warn us in class as they do advertise additional services in the yoga room once we have already set up. Bottom line: I signed up in September, they changed their policy the following month and that class they value at $30 and the 3 passes per month equates to a $90.00 value loss monthly or $1080.00 annually which is a 64% increase in the cost to this Yoga Studio. It's not ethical and it may even be illegal. Either way, their policy change voids their 1 month additional month requirement upon cancellation. They should have credited it back immediately as they knew this was happening and the reaction I had should was no surprise to them. They should have had an immediate and proper response. Many do not fight it probably because the money is insignificant to them and Yoga Joint doesn't lose enough business for them to care about the client. They didn't credit me back immediately, so I will do it my way. I expect them to fix this by the end of the day tomorrow. If not, educating as many people as I can in every possible way becomes my new second job. The Better Business Bureau and small claims court are on my schedule for tomorrow and Wednesday has additional yet different actions. It will continue daily until I get satisfaction that equates to my financial loss. I will pay the excessive fees to small claims and I will do so until the end because I will Not be taken advantage of. They should stick those costs to entitled wives with wealthy unknowing benefactors. They are not the only yoga studio in the area by a long shot and yoga is more business than moving meditations, community and positive energy lifestyles. read more

The good. The employees that work the studio. The yoga classes are fantastic, and the 45 min hits are good workouts. The teachers are knowledgeable and give general instructions. The connivance of the provided blocks, yoga matt and towel is appreciated. The bad. The teachers don't correct individuals on poor form. LOUD, even the yoga classes are not relaxing . The worst part. It's a well run business, not a yoga studio that builds community.. Must cancel a minimum of 6 hours in advance if not you are charged a late cancellation fee. Which unless you are going at completely off times, you need a reservation. Arrive late, and there is a fee, Overall, the gym is for the business owner, not for the individual working out. It's the first gym I've ever felt stress being part of it. The overall membership is fairly priced, for the amount of classes that are always available, but being stressed at a gym is why I am cancelling my membership. There is zero hospitality in their business transactions and overall, that's what I value the most. A community that would appreciate my hard earned cash and doesn't feel gimmicky or bamboozling by a 6 hour cancellation fee... 2 hours was reasonable, 6 is not. There is a cost to pause the membership, so when you travel for months at a time, you still end up paying. And their overall cancellation for the membership is robbery. I'm sure the owners are happy with their earnings. But I also would love to believe that their original vision is being tainted by business not a true yoga community read more

Yoga Joint Deerfield has been scamming my billing for almost a year. Bank of America is now filed a scam report against this studio and my bank is assuring me they will block and protect me from their FRAUD. The yoga joint Deerfield studio assured me in January 2024 there was NO membership and continued to bill me without any services rendered. Watch your monthly statements closely as the managers are unwilling and unable to resolve any issues and gaslight then hang up on you specifically Kevin Maragh, he called me today, didn't like when I told him that I have filed a claim with my bank , and then hung up on me only to send me a nasty email 5 minutes later. read more

Hot Flow & Fit has been changing my life one class & Vinyasa at a time. I try to go 4 days a week and when i'm not there I miss it. The instructors (Heather, Ashley, Jaqueline) always have something to leave me with , whether it's a new way of doing something or words of inspiration I didn't even realize I needed. I love the Core 45 class at the Yoga Joint so much, I travel from north Delray to take classes. I wish they had more core 45 on the calendar! It's truly a great experience, I'm no spring chicken and I am developing abs and seeing results very quickly from these classes. My fiit workout with Tara was very cool, it's like a combination between a hiit workout and yoga in a heated room. This workout is perfect for anyone looking for an awesome detox! My clothes were drenched in sweat, I could have wrung my clothes out. They have a decently affordable monthly plan. The ONLY thing I don't like that they only have locations down south and none towards west palm, because I would sign up no questions asked if they were closer. Everyone was super helpful in explaining everything and the place is lovely! The scent of incense kissed my nostrils the second I walked in, giving a calming and welcoming vibe! The employees are not pushy at all, but you will have trouble not signing up because you feel amazing after. read more

Love, love, love this location. I started hot yoga at this location and so far have taken vinyasa fusion flow 60 with the following instructors: Lynzy Ferris, Justin Liebman, Helen Lipson, and Kayla Kapetan. I've been to the Downtown Fort Lauderdale location which is always packed and it's nearly impossible to find a parking spot (I drive a pickup). This location is easy and due to less people the instructors are more personable. Helen was awesome, she corrected my postures several times and I feel like I learned a lot from just that one class. Kayla had an awesome playlist going in the background which thankfully I was able to get a copy of after class. I plan on continuing to come to classes at this location. read more

I joined Yoga Joint Deerfield last month and I am obsessed with their classes. All of the instructors are amazing and the studio is really nice and clean. I love the Core 45 class (Brooke is so fun!) and can tell I'm getting stronger everyday. Kayla and Cliff's vinyasa flow hot yoga classes are my favorites and they are great at explaining each pose so you do it correctly. I always walk out feeling energized and invigorated! read more

Love this studio and everyone in it! A little over a year ago I moved back home, to South Florida, and was very sad to leave my amazing yoga studio. I tried a whole bunch of studios here in the area, but none of them felt right. I either wasn't a fan of the flooring in the studio, the lighting, or just the over all atmosphere. Call me picky, that's fine, I just had really high expectations because of my previous studio. Over that year, I fell out of my yoga practice...until this studio opened. I strolled in to see what it was all about and I immediately said "Wow, this could be it". After I took my first class I remember thinking to myself, I found my yoga home. I've been going multiple times a week since then. All the teachers are amazing, friendly, and informative. Core 45 is a nice touch to kick my butt into shape too and help me get stronger for my yoga practice. The studio and bathrooms are always clean which is a huge thing for me.
