She informed me that it was all set to go had been serviced and looked at . I also checked the sticker on the car with what was suppose to be there ? But when I got home and started checking i realized that the shade for the sunroof wasn't there just brackets going back and forth. I did text the sales lady and brought car up there for sticker she said she would look into it. 3 text later over a week she finally text me back and said I would have to pay and xtra 1600 to get it replaced ??? I was extremely up set and told het I was going to pursue it. she did say to me if she would have know the shade wasn't there she would have told me before I bought car. I have called 9 times and no one returned. my call I had to drive there to talk to manager and he said he would look into it. Days later I had to call him ?? still not the answer. Communication there is awful ?? What was put on the sticker and what was suppose to be on the car when I bought it. Please be very careful with the dealership they seem not to care when you leave with your car. Its a shame I'm hoping I can settle this with them. Again be careful purchasing car from there. Please honor what should be with my car, Ty

Upon pickup, my boyfriend and I spotted a 2023 F150 available and were hopeful for more info. Of course, we inquired and were able to come back the next day to test drive the vehicle and talk numbers. We ended up leaving with the '23 F150 and are so incredibly happy with the service & help of Tasca Ford in Seekonk. Dan was a super salesman, and Tony was great as well. We are so happy with the communication from start to finish. We are very happy to have inquired about the truck, and are so happy with the whole long weekend. The whole process was quick & easy. Thank you Dan & Tony! Alex was also helpful on pickup/signing day - letting us know when the truck would be ready. Everyone's so personable & easy to deal with. Huge thanks to you all, we'll be sticking with Tasca Ford forever !!

I'd give 0 stars if I could. The salesperson, Robson, did a good job. He was helpful and…read moreknowledgeable. He answered all our questions. We chose a car. When it came to the finance person, that's when everything changed. Adam from finance didn't make mistakes. He was deliberate and calculating, avoiding us for almost a month. When we received the paperwork for the loan from the bank, it was $3000 dollars higher and added 3 months to the 60 month loan we agreed on. It made no sense. Adam deliberately lied when we first called about the loan docs. First he said, he didn't have the deal in front of him then he slipped up and said he was looking at the deal when we called him out on his shady behavior. He would say he was going to email the terms of the deal, then days would go by and nothing. He'd say he was going to email the details of the warranty, days would go by and we'd get nothing. When we were there signing the final paperwork we noticed he doubled the sales tax. And when we called him out, he went back and changed it but then said later that's why the amount was wrong on the documents from the bank because he had already sent them off to the bank when we noted the double sales tax. This was a lie. We waited yet again for an email confirming that. It never came. He avoided our phone calls. There were many. We were practically on a first name basis with two women who answered the phones. "It's a great day at Tasca Mazda!" Yes it's a great day to rob you blind and deceive you! Adam knew what the problem was the whole time. He charged us for close $3,000 in warranties that HE KNEW we didn't purchase. He knew because we confirmed it was just the one warranty over and over again. He also tried to say that the 63 month loan had a better interest rate. What??? 3 months changed the interest rate? Now I'm not a finance major but I'm certainly not stupid. Adam then went on vacation and we called and asked for his boss. Errol (sp?) finally figured out what happened. And it only took him about 3 minutes. Hmmmmm. Adam is a liar and a cheat. Clearly, everyone there is in on it. No one helped us until we demanded it. There is no doubt they allow Adam to do what he's doing if he's so comfortable doing it. Tasca Mazda picked the wrong one this time. We will be calling the Attorney General.

We purchased a 2025 Ford Maverick AWD Hybrid on 2/22/25. Within a week, we found the promised…read moresafety features were missing. With no option to add them at the dealer, the GM offered a replacement at no cost--but only if we submitted a 5-star corporate survey, which we did at the time, and felt it was deserved. We want to revise that survey to reflect our overall experience 7 months later. The order for the replacement truck was placed on 2/28/25, and we were told it would be built in about 4-6 weeks; instead, Ford took over six months to build the truck. During that time, tariffs were put into place and the cost of the vehicle went up at the corporate Ford level. Pricing was unable to be confirmed until the truck was built and brought into the US. When it finally arrived, we were asked to pay for the cost/tariff increase and the fees all over again. This was about $3,500 and not something we had planned for. Efforts were made to alleviate the costs, but the initially discussed no cost replacement was no longer on the table. A consolation maintenance package was offered with minimal coverage for oil changes and tire rotations. Better than nothing, but limited nonetheless. Seven months later, we still don't have the safety features. Overall, a disappointing end to a very positive initial experience.

I looked at several cars and Tony made full disclosures. He helped me find a great Honda Pilot for my son. There was no B.S. and no pretend conversations with managers, etc. I spoke to the previous owner. Tony made several repairs/adjustments which were probably not needed when I noted concerns and also did some work that I was not concerned about. I took the car out 3 times for 30-40 minutes in all. He took my son out to make sure he was comfortable driving it. When I went to pick it up, Tony was outside buffing the sides which were already shining. Tony threw in an extended warranty and told me he would address any issues without delay. The price was favorable. I felt as comfortable dealing with Tony as I would be dealing with a close friend. Should be 0 stars, I towed my car here because it was shaking & had a misfire still started though…read more& he was supposed to look at it anyways from a car accident I got into. He started the car as soon as AAA dropped the car off me & my husband was there already. We both told him not to do any work on my car without telling me the price first, I call him 2 days later & he says the starter blew from him turning the car on & off constantly now he's lying saying it was already dead when I dropped the car off yet he had it started & if his raggady cameras work on his dirty place then they can see my car was on & starting when AAA dropped it off there, so a few more days pass I'm not seeing my car at his shop & he keeps telling me he doesn't know what's wrong or any prices yet. So about another 2 days I call him & he says come in so he can show me what's wrong with me car. I go there & he tells me he put two used fuel injectors in my car from the junk yard he paid $100 for 4 of them. Then he switched the ignition coil harness wires 3 & 4 the other mechanic who worked on my car had them reversed & now goes in writes up shit then tells me he wants $1,300 ... but no one gave him authorization to work on my car when I ask him over & over the prices before he did anything , then he now says after he charges $180 an hour but kept saying he didn't know when I ask him. My husband took the car key so he towed it somewhere and hid my car for over a month . Also ask me to do insurance fraud with him so he can get a check saying he would back my car into a pole to damage it sense my car had no damage from the accident then his druggy wife ask me to tell my lawyer that they had my car & they gave me a rental for a month which was false they did not so he would get paid a rental fee too , I told the lawyer & insurance company & he still went & ripped my bumper off my car & damaged my bumper & put miles on my car & the check engine light is still on, I had to call the police to come to get my car back after I paid him & he still would not give me a receipt that says paid. So now I went & put in a civil suit to sue for my $1,300 back plus more & have the texts proving him not telling me prices & the recordings of him & his wife trying to scam insurance companies ! STAY AWAY from this place & Randy & Kimberly ! I also have screenshots from my Facebook post that he has done this to other women & they never got their car / truck back from him ... he's scum !
